Taking out existing roof treatment of any description including plaster cleaning surface by brooming,watering and applying cement slurry @1.2 complete all as specified

M&L for 20 mm thick rendeing in cm 1:4 mixed with WPC 3% by weight of cement incl finishing fair even and smooth on roof surface all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L water proofing treatement to RCC roof slab/chajjas including parapet comprising of following course of treatement/specified from bottom to top (a) Applying Bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr per sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) Applying bitumen layer @ 1.2 kg/sqm including parapets. layer APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick weight not less 3.6 Kgs/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric weight not less than 150 gms per sqm polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. Note:- Only horizontal roof/chajja area shall be measured for payment purpose.

M & L for preparation of newly/old bituminus membraine surface and applying two coat of heat resistant paint over a coat of priming coat over APP Membrane as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Supply only integeral water proofing compound

Disconnecting existing Rotational moulded polythylene water tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of capacity Exc 250 litres & n exc 500 litres setting aside ( or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position any damage to tank while dismentling will be make good before refixing

S&F in repair ball brass valve high pressure with polythene float and nut confirming to IS screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule 20mm bore complete fixed in repairs.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge :-

(a) 15mm bore.

(b) 20mm bore.

S&F tubing medium grade with all fitting and fixing complete to wall/floor and ceiling etc for

(a) 15mm dia.

(b) 20mm dia.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling/soffits of chajjas complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm crushed graded aggregate) as in coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M&L covered fillet in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm crushed graded stone aggregate) of radius 75mm provided as the junnction of roof and parapet wall and all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in base for tanks including finishing even and smooth using extra cement.

Dismantling exc 500 but n.exc 1000 litre capacity water tank and remove from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F in repair 1000 Ltr capacity of rotational moulded polyethylen water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) hoisted and fixed in position including S&F 20mm float valeve 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe 450mm long with plug and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600 mm long with fitting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

S& F in repair 500 Ltr capacity of rotational moulded polyethylen water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) hoisted and fixed in position including S&F 20mm float valeve 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe 450mm long with plug and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600 mm long with fitting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above the ground level) built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L Cutting holes in stone walls n exc half brick in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws incl dismantling of AC sheet complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

S&F for preparation of new steel surface/old untreated of any description over 10cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&LJoist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut toordinary lengths i.e. within20mm of the length indicated)fastening and fixing complete conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165.

Taking down/dismantling loose/damage concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, roof ceiling, louvers, parapet, column, beam, and of lintel by hammering with wooden mallets carefully chipping off the old concrete surface with necessary scaffolding and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 500m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 mixed with Dr fixit pidicrete URP @ 15% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying one coat of cement mixed with Dr fixet pidicrete in 1:1 ratio as a bonding coat between plaster and old brick surface or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonry finished even and smooth without using extra cement including Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls,etc including racking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonry finished even and smooth without using extra cement including Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls,etc including racking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls,etc including racking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rough cast plaster on exterior walls applying the under coat of cement and sand morrtar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (size between 6 to 12mm ) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the raio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even incl taking down cement or cement lime plaster. The mix of cement and sand shall made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregate are thoroughly covered complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M & L for old decorated surface of wall incl brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including cornices, plasters etc and applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in - Charge.

All as per description of serial item No. 29.00 here-in-above but one coat on ceiling surfaces

M & L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Itslic or Indian) n. exc 30 cm height with thick synthetic enamel paint. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in - Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces & applying three coat of white wash on ceiling.

M&L for brooming down old decorated surfaces of walls, plastered or unplastered including cornices, plasters etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint .If required putty will be paid separately complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in - Charge.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces of walls, plastered or unplastered and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade/tint . the quoted rates are incuding necessary scaffolding for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in - Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emusion paint paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces & providing two coats of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour waterproof/weather proof cement based putty and average thickness 1 mm over the new plastered/old painted wall (Exterior/interior) after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

Material and labour for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as, Anti fungal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint after complete removal of existing surface/plastered surfaces.complete all as directed. Work to be carried out upto two four storey construction the rates quoted are including necessary scaffolding etc complete all specified
