Providing and laying in position excluding cement concrete of level: specified grade the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4(1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in : cement mortar 1:4(1 cement :4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4(1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Cement plaster 1:3(1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 12 mm cement plaster

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Extra for using tubular sections (round, square or rectangular hollow sections) in place builtup sections.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling brick aggregate of size range 40-63mm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 160mm (O.D) 6 Kg/ cm2 unplasticized rigid PVC pipe (single socketed pipe for solvent jointing), ISI marked, confirming to IS 4985 : 2000 under ground (tenching & refilling be paid extra) or above ground level, including solvent for jointing excluding cost of clamps if required.

Providing and fixing moulded unplasticized PVC pressure fitting, ISI marked as per IS : 7834, including jointing solvent jointing-Bend/elbow, 160mm, 6 kg/cm2.

Providing and fixing 110mm (O.D) 4 Kg/ cm2 unplasticized rigid PVC pipe (single socketed pipe for solvent jointing), ISI marked, confirming to IS 4985 : 2000 under ground (tenching & refilling be paid extra) or above ground level, including solvent for jointing excluding cost of clamps if required.

Providing and fixing moulded unplasticized PVC pressure fitting, ISI marked as per IS : 7834, including jointing solvent jointing-Bend/elbow, 110mm, 4 kg/cm2.

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semi-circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3 mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Painting (two or more coats) on rain water, soil waste and vent pipes and fittings with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture and required colour over a priming coat of approved steel primer on new work. 150 mm diameter pipes

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 Itr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

By Mechanical Transport including loading,unloading and stacking Earth - Lead 1 km

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns
