Srl Item No.14.01 (Contd) ( c) All water retaining structure are to be designed and constructed with M-30 concrete. ( d) The specifications and the capacities of various items given in particular specification under heading " technical specification" are for indication only. If as per the tender's design, higher capacities are required, the same shall be provided without any extra cost to Govt. However minimum parameters are to be achieved as indicated above. (e) The Contractor has to give two years warranty for the sewage treatment plant from the date of completion and commisioning. (f) The contractor has to give minimum 15 year guarntee for MBBR membrane from OEM. (g) All Bus bars shall be of Copper . (h) All MS and RCC tanks shall be covered with GI wire 4mm dia size of mesh 75x75 mm chain link wire mesh/fencing. The wire mesh shall be fixed with GI nuts and bolts of suitable size to 65x65x6mm MS angle iron frame fixed over the tank well, the size of angle iron frame shall be as per size of various tanks specified. the frame shall be fixed to tank wall with suitable size of FI hold fast as directed by GE. Stainless Steel Railing shall be provided wherever it is technically required. Supply and fixing of Diesel Engine driven Generating Set wtih AMF Panel of 200 KVA output under NTP at MSL conditions, 50 Hz at 1500 RPM, 0.8 Power Factor, 3 Phase 4 wire, AC 400/440 Volts, Complete mounted on common base plate with flexible coupling meeting with the requriements of latest BS/IS and complete with an integral acoustic enclosures with in built of central pollution control Board inclusive of two years normal spares as indicated below and control panel comprision as of the following :- (a) Prime Mover - Prime Mover shall be coolant cooled diesel engine of suitable capacity for driving alternator of capacity 200 KVA, 50 hz at 1500 RPM, 0.8 PF, 3 phase 4 wire , AC 400/440 volts under NTP at MSL conditons, complte mounted on common base plate with flexible coupling meeting the requirement with latest BS/IS specification with electric starting device with all standard fittings and suitable batteries as per manufactures specification. The Engine shall be equipped with standard fittings as per manufacuter's recommendations. (b) Engine Instruments Panel - All relevent parameters shall be conventionally displayed on panel thereby providing easy monitoring of lubricating oil, pressure, coolant, temperature, battery charging ammeter, RPM and hours meter starting switch etc. (c) Fuel Tank : Fuel tank of 12 hours capacity will be installed as per the manufacturer's requirement including all necessary connections from fuel tank to engine and overflow engine to tank and for overflow. (d) Sound Proof Canopy - The canopy shall be provided as per latest CPCB norms to reduce noise pollution . (e) Alternator : 200 KVA output 3 Phase 50 HZ 415 Volts 4 wire AC supply 0.8 Power Factor burshless type, screen protected , revolving field, self excited, self regulated through an AVR confirming to relevant BS/IS. Engine and Alternator shall be mounted on specially designed base plate of rigid welded consturctions with anti vibraton pads. The engine and alternator shall be placed on foundation including necessary civil works as per the manufacturer's recommendations/site requriement.

(f) Control Panel : The standard microprocessor based control panel shall be fabricated out of 14 CRCA sheet and powder coated inside and outside and shall display as follows :- (i) Voltage of all three phases. (ii) Current of all three phases. (iii) Frequency. (iv) Bus bar chamber with aluminium busbar of cap 500 amps - 04 nos.. (v) C.T of suitable current rating-03 Nos make : AE/KAPPA/Electric field (vi) MCCB TPN of appropriate capacity - 01 Nos. (vii) Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled. (g) Engine and Alternator protective functions includes - low lub oil pressure, high engine water temp warning / shutdown, low coolant temp warning, low and high battery volate warning, weak battery warning, cranking lockout, high and low AC voltage shutdown and under and over frequency shutdown/warning. Notes :- (i) Foundation for the DG set shall be as per the manufacturer's recommendations. No extra payment for same shall be given to contractor for foundation & transportation of DG set. (ii) Connections of alternator, control panel to the change over switch in LT panel with XLPE insulated armoured cable of appropriate size 110 V grade including copper tube terminals. cable will be measured separately under relevant item.

(iii) Semi rotary hand operated fuel pump for filling fuel tank from 200 ltrs barrels including all accessories shall be supplied by the contractor and the cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) Maintenance and operation manual, spare parts catalouge with normal maintenace tools, routine maintenance chart, shall be provided for engine and alternator by the contractor and the cost is deemed to be included in the quoated rate. (v) manufacturing schedule of the engine manufacturer :- The complete generator set including control panel, base frame, coupling shall be from engine manufacturer workshop incise of Make M/S Greaves Cotton and Mahindra and mahindra. But in case of make M/S Kirloskar at one of theri twelve authorized GOEMs for looking after this region, the same shall be assembled by M/S Sudhir Gen Set,s their auth GOEMs for this regions. The contractor will produce certificate from engine manufacturer/auth GOEMs that complete generator set has been assembled/tested at engine manufacturers/GOEMs workshop (vi) List of normal spares :- Contractor shall supply following normal spares for two years. Cost of spares is deemed to be included in the quoted rate (a) Fuel filters complete set - 02 sets, (b) Oil filters - 02 sets, (c) Fan Belts - 02 Sets (vii) Precommissioning test shall be carried out by rep of Accepting officer within overall cost quoted by the contractor. All testing arrangement without POL shall be made by the contractor.

Outsourcing of manning and operation of Sewage Treament Plant in (02) two shifts per day of 08 hours each (1st shift starting from 0600 to 1400 hours, 2nd shift from 14000 to 2200 hours) by deploying one experienced skilled operator for each shift during the defect liability of original contract STP. The operator to be present daily, scope of work will be described in notes given below, complete all as specified and directed. Notes : Contractor shall get th water tested from any Govt approved lab on quarterly basis and report thereof be submitted to GE (N) Akhnoor

Comprehensive repair/ maintenance and outsourcing of manning and operation of Sewage Treatment Plant in (02) two shifts per day of 08 hours each (1st shift starting from 0600 to 1400 hours, 2nd shift from 14000 to 2200 hours) by deploying one experienced skilled operator for each shift. The operator to be present daily, scope of work will be described in notes given below, complete all as specified and directed. Quoted rate shall include the aspect mentioned below. Scope of Work (i) Stacking the sludge properly (ii) Cleaning the blockages in any pumps/ pipe lines (iii) Supplying/ distributing the treated water regularly as per the directions (iv) Complete cleaning of grits and channels daily (v) Brooms and cleaning materials will be arragned by the contractor. (vi) During the cleaning safety equipments will be supplied and arranged by the Contractor. (vii) Removing the algae/ sludge in the tube steller and keeping the surrounding area clean. (viii) Mixing of chemicals as directed. (ix) Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly maintenance of equipments (x) All consumable chemical required for STP shall be provided by the contractor. (xi) Fuel and lubricant for running of DG set shall be provided by the Deptt.
