SPECIAL REPAIRS TO POWER TRANSFORMER CAPACITY 6.3 MVA, 66/11 KVA, INSTALLED AT 66 KV MRS AT MILITARY STATION FARIDKOT (6TH CALL)

Taking down / lifting up of disconnected defective 66/11.55 KV, 6.3 MVA outdoor type power transformer from 66 KV Grid Sub Station for repairs and making good, record of the connection of Make : VOLTAMP complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including comprises of the following :- (a) Draining out transformer oil in suitable capacity containers to be arranged by the contractor which will become the property of the contractor under respective item of Schedule of Credit. (b) Transportation and Fro charges for shifting of transformer from site to workshop and vice versa (c) Srip opening of transformer in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge. (d) Reassembling the transformer after repairs. (e) Testing of transformer in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge in workshop as well as at site. (f) Installing, connecting electrically, testing and commissioning including all necessary lugs, gaskets, etc. (g) All other connected and misc work as not specified else where and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: (i) All testing shall be carried out of competent agency approved by state/center electricity board (ii) All T & P and other matter required for testing shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to the department (iii) All test reports duly signed by competent Engineer/testing authority duly accepted by GE shall be submitted by contractor in duplicate.

Rewinding of LV & HV limbs of transformer as per latest design with suitable gauge of super enameled copper winding wire including all necessary insulation materials complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and according to latest IS. Note :- (i) Replacement of insulating material such as press board for assembly cylinder between Core LV and between LV - HV, parmalli wood for providing proper insulation, pressure rings and oil circulation ducts as per the existing design shall also deem to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against this item. (ii) Old material will be the property of the contractor under respective item of Schedule of Credit.

Suplying and filling of transformer oil with following charactristics complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Dielectric strength as per IS-6792. (b) Water content as per IS-13567. (c) Resistivity as per IS-6103. (d) Tan / Delta as per IS-6262. (e) Dissolved Gasses Test (DGT) - Hydrogen, Methane, Ethylene ethane, Acetylane, Carbon Mono-oxide, Water content as per Standard-IEEE. (f) Make of Transformer Oil : Gulf / Sawata / Apar Industries Power / IOC or equivalent as approved by GE. Note :- (i) Preparation of test sheet for the above tests shall be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against this item. (ii) Filling of transformer oil shall be carried out by the contractor in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Before charging of treansformer, oil shall be tested from Power Grid Corporation of India / Government Lab and the cost thereof shall be deem to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against this item. (iv)Old oil will be the property of the contractor under this item of Schedule of Credit.

M & L for replacement of all 3 phase assembly insulation for maximum capacity of 66/11.55 KV, 6.3 MVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for inspecting, repairs, testing and commissioning of SF-6 breaker including charging with approved gas if required at 66 KV Grid Sub Station complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for inspecting, repairs, testing and commissioning of all C&R panel relay complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including the followings :- (a) IDMT Relay. (b) Master Trip Relay. (c) All other miscellaneous relay including checking of all wiring circuit. (d) Tripping Mechanism as per trnasformer protection requirement and got done from Power Grid Corporation / PSPCL before energizing the transformer.

M & L for inspection, repair, testing and commissioning of OLTC tap changer panel complete with all accessories as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of transformer breather as per existing size and capacity including filling of silica-gel suitable for 6.3 MVA power transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chage Make : VOLTAMP

S&F in replacement of dry maintenance free batteries (Cell) of 2 volts of capacity 100 AH suitable for power house battery bank including necessary cell connectors, nuts, bolts and washers and copper control cable for DC supply complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Exide / Amaron ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note : A sum of Rs. 7,02,575.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
