1.01 To execute all the Civil works under term contract for for repair/ improvements to path/ pavements etc with Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) and other allied works related to improvements of paths with RMC in Delhi Cantonment under scope of work on Page No.23 in technical bid and as per specification contained in CPWD specifications Vol. I & II of 2019 with upto date correction slips and as directed. The work shall be priced at par with DSR-2023 CPWD rates subject to quoted percentage by the tenderer. The work shall be carried out as per work order (s) placed under the contract from time to time during entire period of contract and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Tenderer shall insert the percentage here in below by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above/ below the DSR-2023 CPWD respectively. The amount inserted by the Deptt is an estimated cost but tender shall be accepted only on the percentage inserted/ quoted by tenderer. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all statutory taxes & nothing extra shall be payable. Further it shall be deemed that the contractor has read & understood scope of work as mentioned on page 23 of RFP and cluase 21 on page 98-99 of the Technical bid (RFP) & the quoted rates shall be inclusive of adhering to these provisions fully.
