Providing and laying of water proofing treatment of roof APP (Atactic Polyproplyllen) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane, super thermply with non woven polyester mat reinforcement of 160 gsm, weight of membrane @ 3.6 Kg/Sqm over a solvent based bitumen Primer @ 0.3 Ltr Sqm by the same manufacturer conforming to IS:3384-1986 , The membrane shall be laid using bitmun torch.The end lap should be 100 mm and the side lap must be minimum 75 mm the membrane shall be first laid up to the parapet wall junction and then shallbe overlapped with another membrane (flashing) with an overlap covering up to a distance of 300mm. In case parapet height is less than/ up to 500 mm, membrane shall be terminated at the top of parapet.All rain water pipe opening shall be suitably sealed with the APP membrane all as specified and directed. (The rate includes for filling cracks in existing roof with cement putty using suitable bonding agent before laying cement plaster)

Sheet colour approved by Engineer- in -Charge.

Supply and fixing of gypsum reinforced board 600x600x 9 to 10 mm thick white board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24 mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick GS sheet and of size 24X32X3000 mm and spaced at 1200 mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200 mm maximum centers. Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to befixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. The last hangers at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200 mm long cross tee ( with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm center to form 1200 X 600 mm modules cross tee longer than 600 mm to be supported independently. 600 X 600 mm modules to be formed by fitting 600 mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200 mm cross tee. Tee,perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick GS sheet of size 19X19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per manufacture instruction complete
