Hiring charges for Supply of High Quality Music System with Disco / flash lights suitable for conducting cultural programme, this DJ light and digital sound system should be of high quality; Music system should be high qualitycompatible with laptop & pen drive; and should include disco lights, flash lights, colour lights, special effect lights, etc.; and digital sound system including quality sound track, Digital sound mixer (32 channel), amplifiers, high quality cordless mikes (minimum 6), , mike with stand (minimum 6 no.), speaker (6 top and 4 base), Stage monitors (Minimum 4), Dj Console (Pioneer CDJ 2000), Di Boxes (6 Qty), Jack to jack cable (minimum 6 ) sound recorder, and other essential sound equipment including DJ, etc. as per the directions of the committee.

High Quality Video Recording (HD Type) of the entire programme of 2 days (8 to 10 hours a day) with 1 video camera with a operator; one still photographer with high standard professional camera to cover the programme for 2 days as directed by the committee. All video recordings and still photographs should handed over to the committee within 24 hrs of the completion of the program in a hard-disc/pendrive

Hiring charges for providing 125 KVA Genset (2 shifts per day) for for Aquarium Exhibition Dome, Stalls and food stall 2 shifts each day for 3 days. Additionally 50 mtrs of power cable (40 amp) required with ATS (Change Over) (100a for 125kva Gen. )

Power distribution - Hiring charges for Electrical works including main board, connecting electricity load to Institutes main electricity point, switches, complete wiring and all electrical works, total job including the following:- a) connections for light, fan, and power points in stalls b) 50 mtrs of power cable (40 amp) to take main power connection form the CIFE building - 1 qty c) Power Distribution Board (16a x 6 + 32a x 1 - MCB ) - 2 qty d) 50 mtrs of power cable (40 amp) to to distribute power to different area from power distributor - 3 qty e) power panel Addl. with RCCB - 3 qty d) electrician for operation & proper handling /operations - 1 qty.

Illumination of Main building with focus lamps / flash lights (200 to 250 W), , etc. as instructed by the Pandal Committee:200 to 250 Watt focus lamps / flash lights with different colours with 8 stands suitable for main academic building (G+4) as directed by the committee.

LED Series lights (mixed colour) for decorating trees, hedges, and other facilities with series lamps, each line having 100 LED colour bulbs

Hiring, fixing and operational charges for CCTV camera with night vision covering dome and entire ornamental fair

Cleaning chrges of the exihibition ground and adjoing areas

Any emergency modification, or change in number of items etc. needs to be provided
