Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, Complete all as specified and as directed

M&L kota slab 20-25 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting dado and pillar laid over cement screed bed jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with and incl backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4.

Dismantling existing waterproofing treatment hessian cloth base, membrane or any type including removal of debris from the site and depositing where directed.

Demolition of Mud phuska, sand, tiles in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) throw outside as per direction of Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation and cleaning surfaces of cement concrete incl flashing and junction of parapets etc and applying APP based polymeric memberane min wt 3 Kg/Sqm and min 3 mm thick reinforced with non woven fabric with torch application over and including a coat of oil base bituminous primer and finally applying two coats of bitumenous aluminum paint @ 0.20 kg per sqm over APP membrane, complete all specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished, set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment over 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:4 all as specified.

S&F in repairs 20 mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, complete all specified and directed.

S&F of metal protective and monkey proofing cover with spikes on top for over head PVC tank along with the lock and key arrangement having cover properly including all necessary fittings withscrew and bolts ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.
