Submain wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multistranded FRLS cable drawn in and including PVC rigid non metallic conduit and its accessories laid in concealed in wall/roof/floor etc including one run of 2.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity wire with junction box covered with laminated sheet 3mm thick and other accessories complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Three runs of 2.5 sqmm wire and one run of PVC rigid non metallic concealed conduit shall be measured as one run only

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6.0mm thick burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanised earth lead 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and earth wire protected by GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia connected to main earth wire on pole or control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering, funnel with wire mesh. EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY : Supply and Installation of 11 KV Compact Sub Station with non extensible RMU consisting of following :- A . HT SWITCHGEAR 11kV, 630Amps, 21KA for 3 Sec. Non-Extensible Ring Main Unit with Metering Panel Compact Switchgear Consisting of One No. Vacuum Circuit Breaker In SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure, with series trip, self powered microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL + Inst.) protection, earth fault protection and thermal over load relay for transformer. Interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer shall be using 1Cx3x95 sq.mm aluminium unarmorured XLPE Cable . B. TRANSFORMER 500 KVA, 11KV/415V DYn11 DRY Transformer type of design with Off load tap switch of rating +5% to -10% @2.5%. (IS Tol.2026) and WTI (Winding temparature Indicator), copper wound complete all as specified. C. D . OUTDOOR ENCLOSURE Outdoor type enclosure having construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel of thickness not less than 2mm. The Enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP 23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated (colour Light Grey & D.A.Grey). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment. E. INTERCONNECTION AND EARTHING Interconnection between HT switchgear & Transformer using 1Cx3x95Sq.mm XLPE Single core cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using aluminium Busbars. Internal earthing connections by using 50x6 mm Copper Strips.

Note:- (a) Packge Sub-Station is indoor plinth mounted type. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of errection, testing and commissioning including Civil worka for package substation as per OEM specifications (b) Package Sub-staion complete with the internal interconnections & all other miscellaneous items required for satisfactory completion of job shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
