Repairs, testing & commissioning of 7.5 HP 3 phase Motor including repalcement of bearing and motor winding alongwith overhauling of AHU blower motor by replacing the drive & non drive end bearing (only motor). as per required specifications etc. and as approved by Engineer Incharge.

Supply, filling, leakage Testing & transportation of R22 Refrigerant gas for the existing AC system as per required specifications etc. and as approved by Engineer Incharge.

Charges towards wet servicing of existing AHU cooling coils as per required specifications etc. and as approved by Engineer Incharge.

Supply & fixing of Electrical control cable from existing AHU to Outdoor unit, 4 sqmm X 6 Core(cu) of reputed / ISO certified brands as per required specifications etc. and as approved by Engineer Incharge.

Supply and Canavas connection for existing AHU as per required specifications etc. and as approved by Engineer Incharge.

Supply & fixing of GI Duct vibration Dampers packing for AHU as per required specifications etc. and as approved by Engineer Incharge.

Supply & fixing of hard copper pipe as per required specifications etc. and as approved by Engineer Incharge.

Charges towards Leakage detection, testing vaccuming and commisioning of entire AC system at site including transportation of all apparatus as per standard practice and as approved by the Engineer incharge.

Supply installation Testing Commissioning including transportation of new outdoor unit 11tr of make voltas or equvivalent in bluestar, daikin, mitsubush etc. as per required specifications etc. and as approved by Engineer Incharge.

Dismantling and removing of old existing ducting and other unwanted material etc and shifting the same to a safe location. as required and ensuring no damage to the medical equipments etc.

Supply & fixing of GI Duct of 22 guage as per required specifications and standard make etc. and as approved by Engineer Incharge.

Fabrication of Scaffolding for installing new AC ducting & dismantling / shifting of existing old ducting including labour etc as required and as approved by Engineer Incharge.

Fabrictation and repairing of existing mettalic Structural platform for re-mounting the existing AHU's for carrying out the annual maintenance the structure should be stable and durable etc as required and as approved by Engineer Incharge.
