Where sufficient local capacity is not available: (i) As per make in India policy of GOI where sufficient local capacity is not available for the tendered items, offers with local contents less than 20% shall be summarily rejected and will not be evaluated for further decision. (ii) As per make in India policy of GOI offers with local contents more than 60% shall be given purchase preference (margin of purchase preference will be 20%).
GST and Discount should be quoted separately. Offers will be evaluated inclusive of all taxes quoted by the firm.
