Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thick(below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and surface levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (using 20m graded crushed stone aggregate) as in paving/hardstanding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints for150mm thick filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing com pound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushion laying and fixing for interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (i) Only punned thickness oftr consolidation shall be taken for measurement, (ii) Sand shall be sharp, angular free from organic matters

S&F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and no pigment. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F chequered cement concrete tile 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment and including 20 mm thick screed bed cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, kerbs and similar work etc including necessay form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Bricks or stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed..

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) as in manholes, septic tank, filter bed, walls, drains etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of squared rubble masonary (Secunderabad type) , rectangular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry wall etc incl racking out joints haking for key, scrubbing down with water etc as in external surfaces of man holes, septic tank, filter bed etc incl removing of debrie complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick or stone surfaces of walls in CM (1:4) as in manholes, septic tank, filter bed out let drain by using water proofing compound etc at tge rate of 3% of the weight of cement or as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed NOTE: Shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer for external old surfaces including preparation of surfaces including filling all cracks with approved crack filler complete all as specified and directed.

S&F precast cement concrete louvres and jallies,25mm thick type B0 (1:2:4) using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cm (1:4) and complete all as spd and as directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling post or struts (wood,steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, post embedded in natural ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chian link MS Galvanised fencing any size or type including line wire, any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing in repairs only chain link fencing including line wires ,any mesh,size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any descripton not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates in foundation , of post holes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing including preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated wall surfaces after filling all crack with approved crack filler and applying three coats of colour wash complete all as specified and directed.
