Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4(1cement : 2coarsesand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in diferent sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron (Kerala profile) roofing sheets of 0.50 mm total thickness (0.45 mm base metal) with 120 GSM zinc coating as per IS:277, in 240 MPa steel grade, having epoxy primer (5–7 microns) and polyester top coat (15–18 microns), including protective film.The sheets shall be fixed with self-drilling screws (5.5×55 mm) with EPDM washers, complete with cutting and fitting as required. Including providing decorative jhaler (Kerala design) made from matching colour coated GI sheet (0.45–0.50 mm thick) along roof edges, complete. Excluding cost of purlins, rafters and trusses complete in all respect as per direction of EIC

Brick work with Fly Ash Brick (230x115x75 mm size) bricks of class designation 10 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)
