Taking down cement plaster on brick or conc surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick works finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of cement base paint on new decorated surfaces of walls including preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down mud plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mud plastering on walls, partitions etc 25mm thick on rigid surfaces except rubble masonry (in one coat) as specified and as directed.

Demolition brick work / block masonry or stone/ boulder masonry, built in built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks Type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate), exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed stone masonary, well bonded, as in retaining wall, abutment and similar work built in cement mortar 1.:6 complete all specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble stone masonary upto course in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) of any descriptions, in ground floors not exc. 15 cm thick, above or below ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in floors & hard standing, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound, Grade `B', complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC paver block (grey/coloured) with impression of stone setts of size 100x100/200x200/300x300/450x450mm in size and depth 40-80mm with sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, and joints grouted in cement mortar 1:2 and dressing stones with proper groove method and removing of unnecessary slurry in between complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles, machine pressed, factory made of size 300mmx300mmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, with grey cement and no pigment, laid in floors, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Coloured endura tiles, as approved make of size 300mmx300mm/400mmx400mm, 20 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, with grey cement and no pigment, laid in floors, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;

M&L for providing, cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 using (12.5mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, neelers, apex stones, bed plates complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite 16mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite black, complete all as specified

M&L for Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick Granite stone of counters vanities including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate in surface channels and drain, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coats of Synthetic emulsion paint of any description on old plastered surfaces or concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width not other wise described including preparation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of Synthetic emulsion paint of any description on new plastered surfaces or concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width not other wise described over a coat of primer.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of oil exterior emulsion paint (Apex Ultima) on old plastered or treated surfaces surfaces of desired finish as approved by Eng-in-charge

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 23200.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' (Contd). Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
