Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding, taxes and royalty all complete as per specification and direcition of E/l.

Providing 6mm cement plaster (1:4) in ceiling with clean coarse sand of F.M 1.5 including cost of screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm water proof cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M 1.5 with 5% cico or any other approved water proofing compound including cost of screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modifiedprefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, blackfinished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of acoat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm bythe same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the p 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Coldflexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM,D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through theauthorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification & Direction of E/I.

Taking down old door and window shutters including stacking serviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing two coat of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over old surface including washing, cleaning and preparing the walls, scaffolding, washing the floors and taxes all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surfaceto prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and fixing cup board shutters 25 mm thick, with Pre-laminated flat pressed three layer particle board or graded wood particle board IS: 12823 marked, exterior grade (Grade l Type ll), having one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination, including IInd class teak wood lipping of 25 mm wide x12 mm thick with necessary screws and bright finished stainless steel piano hinges, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.
