Providing and Fixing Homogeneous PVC sheet, 4mm thick, conforming to IS: 3462 latest edition in flooring and skirting (LG Emenite or approved equivalent make) in approved pattern, colour & shade on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer like Duniop-S - 758, or Fevicol SR 998, or approved equivalent including cleaning & preparation of surface, levelling small undulations with plaster of paris if required, rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

Providing and fixing PVC rain water downtake pipe 110mm outer dia conforming to IS: 13592 Type A and PVC SWR Fittings & specials confirming to IS: 14735, 'Finolex' or other approved equivalent make of pipes, fittings & specials including jointing with seal ring / with PVC solvent adhesive including fixing in walls/columns using clamps, anchor fasteners, bolts and teakwood packing pieces, joint testing etc complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 25mm maximum size graded agregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete al as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500 / Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item.

Providing and applying first cost of primer with ready mixed red oxide primer and second coat of primer with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer and third coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer on steel works including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on wood work and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to given an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on new Plain plaster/concrete surface at all levels with Acrylic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing roofing sheet, cladding with 0.47mm thick colour coated concelled system profile corrugated/semi corrugated/plain zincalume sheets of 55mpa yield stress (AS 1397 - Zincalume AZ 150) with coating class AS/NZS 2728 (minimum 150 grams per relevant standard) having a total coating thickness of 35 micron. The sheet should be rolled over specially designed concealed fixing clip manufactred from hi-tensile Aluminium Zinc alloy Zincalumen steel based and galvanized hooks. The clip should be fastened with minimum 40micron Zinc coated / minium 25micron Zinc-Tin alloy coated. The rate is inclusive of all fixtures required for fixing the side roof, cladding on all sides, ridges etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing the existing damaged ceramic tiles dadooing by chipping out / dismantling the damaged portion and providing new ceramic tiles by thoroughly removing the damaged tiles, plastering and hacking the plastered surfaces and laying ceramic tiles by using Premium quality (I Class) of SOMANY/ KAJARIA /JOHNSON or other approved equivalent make, size and colour confirming to relevant IS code for dadooing/ anti-skid flooring laid over bed of 12 mm thick in CM 1:3 for dadoo and 20mm thick in cm 1:4 for flooring, pointing the joints with white cement and matching colouring pigments including disposing the dismantled debris at suitable places shown at site within 2Km lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Sanitatory works: Replacing of the 15mm CP brass push cock fittings by providing and fixing of heavy quality CP brass fittings of "Prayag - (Droplets Series)" or "Metro - S series" approved equivalent make including returning the retrived wornout fittings to Civil section all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer.

Sanitatory works: Replacing of the 32mm CP brass waste coupling fittings by providing and fixing of heavy quality CP brass fittings

Sanitatory works: Replacing of the 15mm CP brass spreader for urinal fittings by providing and fixing of heavy quality CP brass fittings

Sanitatory works: Replacing of the 32mm CP brass dome type waste coupling for urinal fittings by providing and fixing of heavy quality CP brass fittings

Replacing the wornout/damaged PVC connection by providing and fixing of 15mm x 450mm long PVC connection of make "Prayag" confirming to IS specification both Cold and Hot water including PVC checknuts and nylon washers on both ends, fixing with GI Specials if required, returning the retrived wornout fittings to civil section all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer.

Replacing spares for CP brass fittings such as bib tap, stop cock, pillar cock, push cock, Concealed stop cock , etc., by supplying and fixing the 15mm brass spindle suitable for "Metro" / " Prayag" make spares including removing the fittings without interrupting the water supply, servicing the fittings by replacing the wornout spares with new spares, refixing the same and returning the retrived spindles to Civil section all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Replacing spares for CP brass fittings such as bib tap, stop cock, pillar cock, push cock, Concealed stop cock , etc., by supplying and fixing the 20mm brass spindle suitable for "Metro" make spares including removing the fittings without interrupting the water supply, servicing the fittings by replacing the wornout spares with new spares, refixing the same and returning the retrived spindles to Civil section all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Replacing of the wornout fittings by providing and fixing of heavy quality 15mm CP brass long body Bib cock fittings of make "Prayag - (Neptune Series)" or "Metro - S series" other approved equivalent make conforming to IS 8931 - specification and bearing with ISI mark including fixing the fittings with GI / CPVC specials if any required, returning the retrived wornout fittings to Civil section all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Replacing of the wornout fittings by providing and fixing of heavy quality 15mm CP brass pillar tap fittings.

Replacing of the wornout fittings by providing and fixing of heavy quality 15mm CP brass angle cock with casing cup fittings.

Replacing of the wornout fittings by providing and fixing of heavy quality 20mm CP brass Concealed stop cock fittings.
