Schedule 'A' Section - I

Demolition of cement concrete (un- reinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified .

PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels/drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in forms, moulds/stopped ends etc complete all as specified.

Providing , Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate )in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shapts, cesspits, manholes, peir holes, etc. and getting out out in Hard /dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150 mm dia (Salt glazed ware,AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement morter

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 200 mm dia (Salt glazed ware,AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement morter

Material and labour for 150mm bore sail -glazed stoneware drain pipess laid in trenches and jointed as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Material and labour for 200mm bore sail -glazed stoneware drain pipess laid in trenches and jointed as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes 150mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate including demolition of damaged concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes 200mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate including demolition of damaged concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations , filling and mass concret complete all as specified.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No.15.00 above but " except bricks" complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 for finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge.

M & L for cutting into exising manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe & rendering, cutting out existing benching for & forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, smooth finished & reforming benching as required for internal dia of pipe 150mm. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs of manholes, gully traps etc set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n exc 25mm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge.

Removing of excavation material n exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level n exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge.

Dewatering of septic tank and soakage well any size and cleaning by taking out mud/sludge from septic tanks and soakage wellof any depth, in foul conditions and confined places, getting out and removing the sludge to a distance exc 500 m and n.exc 5000 m and deposited where directed in and including borrow pits and covering the borrow pits with 10 cms thick layer of soil complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 24.00 : Net contents of sludge shall be measured at the time of removal and paid. Quoted rate of tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of dewatering as required and nothing extra shall be admissible to the contractor on this account.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floors, filling and mass concrete etc

M&L machine pressed precast concrete Coloured interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L Sand filling under interlocking coloured paver block average 25mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20mm down graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs and below sewage pipe line including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling RCC posts or struts any section including taking out embedded portion an making good disturbed ground embedded in natural ground ,complete all as specified

Excavation in hard/dense soil in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm gd stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as spd.

Material and labour for Hand rails , half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion , drilled and countersunk for bolusters running bars , for doors balusters,nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts: posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes , notching for wire,etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc ) incl all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting, etc, and simillar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MS galvanised chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts et. Including provision of binding wire all as spd

M&L for Mild steel round bars 10mmdia and over,Fe-410-WGde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoopingfor columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

S&F for Mild steel screw bolts(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, ach screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 15cm and n exc 22.5cm long 5 to 10 mm of diamenter complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified

Material and Labour for Welded steel wire fabric n.exc 4Kg/Sqm supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified.

S & F 300mm long mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as specified

Supply and fixing for butt hinge ISI Marked 100mm size, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified

Supply and fix in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire complete all as specified.

Preparation of new iron and steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of priming of red oxide zink chrome paint over a two coat of synthetic enamel paint.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 with WPC @ 2.5% by weight of cement finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (If WPC used shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only )

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonary ,brought up to courses,well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement morter 1:6 including racking or cutting out joints complete all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in- charge.

All as per item No. 45.00 above but " except stone" complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cements 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in plinth course,string courses, lacing courses, parapets and rainling up to 60 cm height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughts and the like including weathering,slightly rounded or champfered angles and throating incl use and waste of necessary form work complete all as spd. complete all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonel rubble, uncoursed or brought up to courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for providing cast-in-situ of plan cement concrete (Bond Stone) type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and set in cement morter 1:6 between stone masonary, complete all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Demolition of Reinforced cement Concrete ( reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) on ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs of manholes, gully traps etc set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thick ( below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 as in sub base & in foundation concrete all as specified .

M&L for PCC floors /hardstanding , laid in bays type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) mix 70mm thick finished even and rough using spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst concrete is greeen including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and PCC tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc, laid beded and pointed in any mortar and removing the rubbish outside of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement & pigment

M& L for Providing, cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in drain both side kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified

Amount of credit of Rs. 153406.50 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
