CC Road

Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Mix 1:4:8 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates. Adding 3% on finished rate of concrete per cum for centering and shuttering for All other types (PCC) is considered in above quantity.

Providing and fixing pre-moulded joint filler 25mm thick bitumen board in expansion joints of RCC roads / CC pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling approved earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying 300 mm diameter open jointed hume pipes with collars in rock-toe for drainage including cost of all materials, machinery, labour and all other ancillary operations complete.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing display board of size 1.80m x 1.2mtrs using Stuctural steel angles 65x65x6mm, MS plate 3.15mm, painting and lettering the same.

RCC Drain

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. Mix 1:4:8( M7.5) Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates. Adding 3% on finished rate of concrete per cum for centering and shuttering for PCC work is considered in above quantity.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Foundation works. Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000 x 450x50 mm, reinforced with 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal & 9 nos cross sectional T.M.T. hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforations @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mm x 1.6 mm complete, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specifications) All other type of structures.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Crack Groove Cutting: Groove shall be cut using hand held electrically operated concrete cutting machine of size of 50 mm wide and 75 mm deep on each side of the crack to form as "V" groove all along the crack to fill the polyester resin/ Epoxy putty (horizontal and vertical cracks). After the groove cutting, the concrete shall be removed from the groove using the pneumatic concrete chipping machine to form "V" groove. The item includes the cost of hire charges for all machineries, tools and barges and all labour charges etc., complete.
