S&F GI bracket made out of 40 mm bore GI pipe medume grade, ISI marked, medium grade 1.5m long bent to shape suitable for fixing of street light fitting including with 2 Nos MS clamps made with 40x3mm flat iron, bolts, nuts, washers etc including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer and fixing on electric pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure comlete all as specified and directed. .

Supply & Fix GI cable tray 300 mm width and 50 mm height with cover made of 16 SWG, fixed to wall / RCC roof with suitable size brackets or hangers as deem fit as per user's requirement comlete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix weather proof FRP/ABS/SMC cable junction box ,having protection class IP-66 and overall size 155x 210 mm x 92 mm aprox havind metric knockou on the wall, duly fixed with the pole with aluminium strip (25x3mm) clamp, GI bolts nuts, washers and 2 No polymide waether proof cable gland of cable sealing range 10mm to 17 mm (complete with check nut) and including 1 No. 30 Amp a way cable connector and 1 No. 6 Amp MCB SP. Make:- Hensel/ SPELSBERG/ PROTECH/ ELETTRO or equivalent model in other makes as mentioned in appendix 'A' to Particular specification.

Material and labor for Chemical earthing by drilling a hole of 100 mm dia and 4 Mtr in depth in any kind of soil and providing a 3.0 mtr long pure copper strip of size 32mm x 6mm duly encapsulated in a medium grade Galvinized Steel pipe of size 88mm (OD) and filling the hole with advance nontoxic earth enhancing backfill compound (qty not less than 30 Kgs) and water till complete soaking of chemical-water mixture and providing a cylindrtical type FRP earth pit chamber of size 254mm dia at top, 330 mm dia at bottom and 260mm height and 7.50 mtr long copper strip of size 32mm x 6mm as earth lead conductor duly protected with a 65 mm bore medium grade GI pipe (from terminal point to earth test point) and duly connected with a terminal point through brazing and to connect with earth test point with brass bolt, nuts and washers of suitable size and fixed on the walls by mounting the strip on FRP/DMC bridge insulator and providing a test point terminal block made of Gun Metal or Phosphorus Bronze of size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm, duly drilled and screwed and fixed on wall on insulators including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head brass screw complete with removing of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and a height not exceeding 1.5 mtr from the starting point and testing on completion all as directed. Note:- (i) The additional length of earth lead conductor beyond 7.5 mtr (if required at site) shall be measured and paid seperatly under the respective item mentioned here-in-under. (ii) On testing,after completion of job ,if desired earth resistence (less than one Ohm) is not found ,the earthing shall be redone at no extra cost to govt.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L for construction of new valve pit chamber of size 600mmx600mmx600mm including necessary earth work in any type of soil, 150mm thick PCC foundation (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in base concrete, brickwork in CM 1:6 with 10mm thick plaster internally and 15mm thick externally in in CM 1:4 upto 15mm below NGL, 4mm thick MS cover with hinges and locking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40x40x6mm MS angle, D type handle complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all metal works and three coats of white wash on all plastered surfaces of valve chamber including necessary earthwork and excavation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Cost of earth work shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

ROAD/PATH/CULVERT/HARD STANDING

M&L for forming 25 mm thick and full depth of PCC of expansion joints filled with compressible closed cell premoulded high performance joint filler board HD-100 on top of rubber filler board for complete width of joint provision of closed cell polyethylene rod 30mm dia , filler with polyurethane sealent (minimum depth of sealent above polyethylene rod shall be of 15 mm ) complying with BS-5212 & BS -4254 and EN 141875 -2003 ( for hydrolysis / water resistance test ) pumping the sides with minimum MAF+ 30 % (with ten years performance guarantee ) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied by mechanical means all as specified and shown on drawing.

M & L for forming construction joint 25mm deep and 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter ) applying one coat white wash to the exposed vertical faces of slaves providing polyethylene rod 12mm dia and sealent with polyethylene sealent (minimum depth of sealent above polyethylene rod shall be of 15mm) complying with BS-5212 & BS -4254 and EN 141875 -2003 ( for hydrolysis / water resistance test ) priming the sides with minimum MAF+ 30 % (with ten years performance guarantee ) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

M&L Construction of septic tank for 20 users including necessary earth work in excavation in any type of soil, plain concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded crushed aggregate ) as in foundation brick work in cement mortar 1:4 , reinforced cement concrete in M-25 (Design Mix) as in slab cover including pre-cast manhole cover slab having 8mm TMT bar reinforcement @75mm c/c & 6mm thcik mild steel plate embedded all around of cover slab, 15mm thick plaster in cement sand mortar in 1:4 on wall, vent shaft, sludge chamber , form work to sides and soffits ,150mm dia SGSW pipe of type oSP as per IS as inlet & outlet pipes upto 3m from outer face of wall CI vent pipe sludge chamber RCC baffle wall returning filling and removal etc complete all as shown on drawings & as Specified Drg No HQ LKO Zone Drg No ,Excavation and earth work in ordinary soil, foundation in PCC 1:2:4, Brick work in CM 1:4 including , RCC slab covers including RCC precast manhole cover having 6mm plate embedded all around/fiber reinforced cover with angle iron frame vent shaft and sludge chambers etc., complete for 25 users.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of Soakage well for 1.2 m dia internal dia & 4m (effective depth) including necessary excavation in earth work in any tupe of soil plane cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded curshed stone aggregate) as in foundation brick work in cment mortar 1:4 in walls & honey combed brick wall, reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) as in slab cover including pre-cast cover slab having 8mm dia TMT bar reinforced plain cment concrete band and dwarf wall , form work to sides and soffits of RCC slab & filling with brick bats loose filling complete all as specified and shown in drawings

M & L for Rolled mild steel Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quaility A in farmed work as in door or gate 5.50m wide of angle or other section with gusset plates rails,braces etc, complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering including steel pintal hinges, rollers and locking arrangement and fixed complete with (i) excavation in earthwork in soft/loose soil, (ii) PCC 1:4:8 type D2 as in foundation, (iii) RCC M25 design mix as in pillar and footings, (iv) TMT bars in reinforcement, (v) Plastering 15mm th. in CM 1:4 on pillars, (vi) Provideing MS works in gate including pintels (vii) Painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oside primer to steel portion and (viii) Two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer and nececssary preparation on gate pillars.All as specified and directed.
