M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and other similar works incl necessary form work incl demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, cooler stand 12mm sq guard bar, framework of water tanks and similar works of quality Fe 290 (Gde E-165) etc incl preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable window/ ventilator of any description and S&F Anodised aluminium frame with power coating of any colour (minimum thickness of power coating 50 micron).for doors, windows , ventilator ,partition with one or more rebates incl necessary joining cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified.

S&F Anodised aluminium with power coating of any colour (minimum thickness of power coating 50 micron) for side hung type without sash bars door,window,ventilation shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m incl necessary joining cleats,glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing,handles Nos in each door , hinges,anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc complete all as sepcified.

S&F new 35 mm thick factory made flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both side incl both side 1.00 mm thick one side Decorative laminate and other side plain laminate type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions® complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge including supply and fixing of following items :- (a) Stainless steel (304 Grade) finished butt Hinges 100 mm, 4 Nos per leaf (b) Stainless steel (304 Grade) finished square tower bolt 200 mm long-2 Nos per leaf as per table 01 dia of bolt 12 mm (c) Stainless steel (304 Grade) Finished Handles 200 mm-2 Nos per leaf. (d) Stainless steel (304 Grade) finished sliding bolt 300 mm-1 No per leaf, 16 mm dia (e) Stainless steel (304 Grade) Finished Floor door stopper-1 140mm Nos per leaf. Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats including M&L for Factory made Single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45x90 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). including dismantling existing wooden/iron/stone chowkhats complete and making good existing disturbed surface with cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw with drawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, including 150mm SS grade 304 tower bolt ( 2 for each door) & 125mm SS grade 304 handle ( 2 No each door) all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
