Repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mmcomplete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area n. exc 400 sqm and depth n. exc 50mm deep including removing not exc 50m and stacking complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of surfaced black top surfaces by air compresser/brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt/dust etc and other dleterious materials complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.4-0.6 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanica sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified I and directed

Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen @ 10 kg per 10 sq metres using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen @ 5 kg per 10 sq metres using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. , blowing with mechanical blower to remove all loose dirt etc from surface complete all as specifie and directed.

M&L for laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, grade VG-30, using asphalt mechanical mixer plant & laid with sensor paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 Ton power road roller to reqd level gradient, camber and super elevation.complete all as specified and as directed.
