The Tenderer should furnish Filed Copies of Income Tax Returns for the last three financial years i.e 2022-23,2023-24& 2024-25

The Tenderer should furnish a certificate issued and certified by the Chartered Accountant towards having the financial turnover, taxable income, income tax payable, TDS & Tax Paid for the last 3 financial years as per audited / filed financial statements.

Tenderer offering to supply goods under the contract which the Tenderer didnot manufacture of otherwise produce, the Tenderer has been duly authorized(as per authorization for min Section XIII) by the goods manufacturer or produce to supply the goods in India.

Tenderer should submit work done certificate or past performance certificate for having executed similar nature of work i.esupplyof at least 1 no of AT, total amount not less than 50% of amount put to the tender in last previous three years i.e 2022-23,2023-24&2024-25 in any of the government/public sector undertaking
