Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed:

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Paerinting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.901 litre/10 sqm of approved brand and manufactur

Rewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including ranking out old putty Floatglass panes of thickness 4.0 mm ( weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. (Refer CPWD DSR E&M 2018 Item No. 1.14).

2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supply of LED Lamp 18 watt.

Ceiling Fan 1400 mm Sweep including regulator

Supplying and fixing 25 mm sq 2core aluminium cable as required.

Sand/Coarse aggregate bt MT = 10km

Stone Aggregate by MT= 10km
