Taking down defective ceiling fan from existing location of Md Accomodation and OTM Accomodation area and dismantling of ceiling fan sweep 1200/1400 mm including fan blade, down rod, coupling, decorative caps, condenser housing, stator and rotar and replacement of defective parts complete all as specified including complete overhauling as per manufacturers instructions, reassembling and testing of 24 hours complete and after repair refix at existing location of MD Accomodation and OTM complete all as specified and directed. Notes : 1. Repair/maintenance work will be carried out at site OTM and Md Accomodation. 2. Emergency/genuine complaint should be done by contractor within 24 hours if not done a recovery of amounting to ₹ 350 will be charged.

All as per srl item No 01 here in before but Wall mounted fan of 450 mm.

Taking out the old burnt out winding from the fan, rewinding with super enameled superior quality copper conductor winding with similar gauge & size as per original including sleeves, varnishing etc of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm complete and repaired fan should be refixed at existing location of MD/OTM accommodation after testing of 24 hours complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 here in before but wall mounted fan 450mm.
