Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cable, pole foundation, etc including taking out old brick cable protection cover and getting out forming bottom surface to required gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m deep for foundation of poles/stays/cable etc and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with fine sand for cable protection laid in trenches 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned down thickness as laid down in SSR Part I shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour brick protection layer for cables laid in trenches using sub-class ‘B’ bricks laid dry width wise acrose the line of cable (perpendicular to the direction of cable) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking out old damaged PCC/Steel pole of any size and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old faulti LT UG Cable of size 10/ 16 Sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old faulti LT UG Cable of size 25/ 35 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing LT cable XLPE Insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area 35 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation and Fixing LT Cable junction box shall be made out of Thermoplastic Polycarbonate and size should be not less than 200mm x 160mm x 98 mm(upto Cable Size 16/25sq.mm). The Polycarbonate JB shall be environment friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive,IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529,Weatherproof UV-resistant, rainwater-proof, temperature-resistant. The gasket material of JB shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The Junction Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998 - 1, IEC 60670 - 22 & IEC 60670 - 2 - 5. The JB Colour according to RAL 7035. The Junction Box shall be with four side screw and they will be sealable without any accessories. The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall be submit a copy of IEC Certificate . For better safety the Polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant & self - extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695 - 2 - 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part - 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 degree Centigrade & Terminal Stud with Current Carrying Capacity upto 63Amps. The impact strength of Polycarbonate enclosure / boards i.e. the Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 - 98 for IK 08 including one No. 4 pole connector including MCB SP, 6 Amp and Chromium plated clamps, suitable Cable Gromets and nut bolts and complete all accessories. Note:- Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate of CJB/PJB

Supply & fixing 1.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed copper conductor flexible cable, 1100 volts grade for connection from Junction Box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concreted (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles filling and mass concreting, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concreted (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation of pole/ stay assembly/feeder pillar box/LT panel,etc, incl necessary form work and fair finsh to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concreted (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/struts/ etc including necessary form work, fair finished surfaces without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
