Supply and fix automatic voltage stablizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air coled indoor tyhpe & designed for input varriation between 170 volts to 250 volts with output voltage stablizer at 230 volts with accuracy of + 2.5% and capacity 5 KVA complete all as spd and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IV (COVER SHED)

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line,and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

M&L for local sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and filling the sand in cable duct of inside the sub station building complete all as directed

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below normal ground level ) connected to galvanized earth lead strip of size 25 mm x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia medium grade GI tubing for protection of earth lead, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe medium grade 20 mm dia, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 pit cover reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar and suitable handle made of 10 mm dia round bar including galvanised strip of size 25 mm x 4 mm for extension of earth lead and necessary excavation, earth work, in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoils to a disance not exc 50 mtr and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-I complete all as directed and specified.

Taking down serviceable PCC electric pole 9 meters long from its own position and re-install on new place within 10 meter with necessary earth work, PCC foundation in 1:3:6, type C-2 and coupling for the same with electric connection complete all as per directed.

S & F MCCB, 4 pole, 63 Amps, 415 Volts , 25 KA adjustable thermal and magnetic setting with enclosure outdoor type complete all as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VIII (SEWAGE DISPOSAL)

Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5 M wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc in soft/loose soil.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), cast in situ, in benching, coping and the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 (Using locally availably best quality brick) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finish to drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped end etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct from ser item No.5 above for each 25mm girth or part there of over and under 30cm. (Note: this item is only for adjustment of rates).

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with liquid WPC @ 0.40% by the weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (internal surfaces) Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately as “Supply” only.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. (external surfaces)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (WPC) of best quality complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F for MS TMT bars (Fe 500D) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm all types of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removal excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for on site LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc complete for 10 users complete all as per manufacturers's instruction.

M & L for Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.20 M x 3.00 M effective depth complete all as specified and as directed.
