Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and 2 km leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (Chap 3 Sr. no 3.16)

Cement Concrete with 4cm gauge approved stone coarse sand and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all material labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

M-150 brick work in 1:3 with (one cement and Five course sand mortar) in Substructure in foundation and plinth inculuding supply of all meterials,labour and T&P etc.reuired for proper complete of work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and approved course sand in proportion 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in proportion of 3:1.5:1 in pavement as per design thick for c.c. road coarse & fine aggregate confirming to IS standard mixed in concrete mixture/plant of not less then 0.2 cum capacity &appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed form work (steel channel) laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation pavements for not less then 14 days curring compound (where as specified) and water finishing to lines & grade including supply of all material, labour tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of work and also including complete shifting of material & concrete etc.

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.50:3 in slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost. as per S.I. No. 284 of Ch. 5.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications complete as per MORTH IInd Revision 2019 Specification 1600.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick Black Granite stone gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished,machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and taxture laidover 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment epoxy touch upd, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc.
