Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) but each not exceeding 1.50 Sqm

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters exceeding 1.5 Sq. M but not exceeding 4 Sq. M each (Without taking off shutters from the frame)

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and nexc 2 sqm each complete all as directed

S&f Pressed steel frames 105mm x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete, as specified.

M&L cement concrete type C0, 1:3:6 (using 12.50 mm graded aggregate) for filling in steel frames complete all as directed

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50x47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube 19mm x 19 mm of gauge complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M. S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site complete all as directed.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made pressed moulded panelled door of single or multi panel texured masonite moulded door fabricated using well seasoned and chemically treated solid second class hardwood styles, rails and panels made out of tubular core bonded with PF synthetic resin confirming to BWP grade IS: 848. Both faces shall be covered by hot pressing with high density fibre (HDF) of 2.8 to 3 mm thick imported masonite skin. The door's colour, texture design shall be approved by GE complete ass as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction with block board and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides including preparation of surface and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made 2nd class HW glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, gauze etc size of members as specified in SSR part-I, section 8, clause 8.24(a) supplied and fixed to chowkats, including M&L for providing members of wooden stiffeners of size 60x30mm horizontally and vertically to each top panel and vertically to each bottom panel of wire gauge shutter complete all as specified and directed
