Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in hard/dense Soil.

M&L for removing loose and broken concrete by chiselling /picking etc upto a depth of 50 to 100 mm from column/ beams outer surface and similar structural members cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc to remove dust, dirt, other foreign particles and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50m including necessary scaffolding etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of rust/ scales/corrosion from reinforcement bars using rust remover Reebakleens RR of Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE. The material shall be applied to the rusted metal using brush and make leaving to dry for 30 mins & washing the surface with fresh water as required to exposed reinforcement bars complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work shall be carried out by the authorised applicator by the company

M&L for providing & applying inhibition coats/system to exposed reinforcement bars after cleaning & removing scales and rust completely as specified by the manufacturer. Two component inhibitor Nitozinc Primer std of Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE having Mix density of 2.4 and solid content 57(+/-3) Adhesive bond strength > 1.5 N/mm2, 40 microns DFT per coat or equivalent as approved by GE shall be used as per manufacturer’s specification in two coats including all labours, tools and machineries, plants, scaffolding, necessary surface preparation and necessary protection after and during work. Note item No 3 & 4 : The work shall be carried out by the authorised applicator by the company. For measurement and payment purpose 20% of structure are of concrete shall be measured irrespective of number of bars.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars of any dia, cut to length, bent to shape required for rebarring in structure members like column, beam, slabs including cranking, bending and welding to existing main reinforcement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for drilling holes into exising concrete structure for anchoring of new rebar with 10 mm dia, Shear connectors at 0.5 Mt. c/c as directed by Engr-in-Charge and fixing with anchor resin grout Lokfix P (Fosroc Make ) or equivalent as approved by GE. Drilling hole diameter: 14 mm, Drilling hole depth: 100 mm including cleaning, cutting, fabricating, chemicals, tools, plants, machineries, labor, electricity, etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing and executing injection / pressure grouting in cracks in the parent concrete by fixing PVC nipples at 150 mm to 200 mm distance or specified distances as directed and detailed specifications. Pressure grouting using low viscous epoxy grout Monopol of Krishna conchem or Conbextra EP10 (M) of Fosroc make or equivalent as approved by GE shall be done at required pressure etc. complete as per manufacturer instructions, labour, tools tackles etc complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Payment shall be made on basis of quantity of actual grout consumed based on coverage area as per manufactures instructions. (ii) The work shall be carried out by the authorised applicator by the company

M&L for providing and applying bond coat on the prepared surface to receive new polymer mortar / polymer modified concrete, with two components epoxy based bonding coat in one full coat. Laying of reinforcement polymer mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This coat act as bonding agent between old and new concrete and also acts as ‘barrier coat’ to the migration of chloride ions from host concrete. @ 2.6 sqm/lit or as per manufacture’s instruction to old concrete surfaces of columns, beams and similar structural members all as specified and as directed.
