Miscellaneous civil works at REEP

Demolishing RCC work by manually/ mechanical means including cutting reinforcement bars manually/by mechanical means in RCC works, stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable concrete within with in 50 mtr. from work site as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge. Reinforcement steel recovered which is in good condition as observed by E.I.C. is to be returned to our Central stores.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick acid and/or alkali resistance tiles of approved make and colour using acid/ or alkali reisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complte as per direction of EIC. In flooring on a bed of 10mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) Acid and alkali resistance tile

Brick work with bricks of minimum crushing strength 60 kg/cm2 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor 'V' level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand).

12mm cement plaster of mix1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) for fair faces including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels

Providing and laying in position machine mixed and machine vibrated cement concrete of M-20 grade reinforced cement concrete ,including the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for all work up to Plinth level.

Supplying and providing straightning, decoiling wherever necessary cuttings, bending, binding with approved 22 gauge GI binding wires and placing in position all reinforcement (confirming to IS 1786) at and all heights 2mt depth below PL including fixing of cover block, scaffolding all conveyance labour T&P etc. complete including the cost of reinfocement steel(HYSD steel confirming to IS;1786 will be used at site)
