Demolition of brick or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) Complete all as specified and directed.

As per Ser Item No 2.00 above but except bricks.

M&L for brick work with bricks old size brick, straight or curved on plan or radius in half brick thick built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar (1:4) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc.15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in plinth/ footh path protection & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 in roof kerbs or Coping on compound wall, mud stops, gola, rounded, flat or chamfered on edges,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (Tank/any RCC work) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, Fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings exc. 60cm in height, , including necessary form work etc all as specified.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 using 20mm stone agg type B1 using for gate Pillers, columns and posts etc complete all as specified.

S&F mild 10mm dia and over deformed TMT bars cut ot length bent to shape required including cranbing, bending spirrally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed net less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

As per Ser Item No 14.00 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders etc complte all as spd and directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces complete all as spd and directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished surfaces complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrte type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded agg) for louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (mea sured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame set in CM 1:4 (Pre cast frame shall be measued separately and paid for under item 04032) and approval of GE including dismantling old RCC jali complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling wrought iron or mild steel work of such as grill/roof purlin etc not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Mild steel framed work as in doors, gates, grills, grating pintel higes stope hand made sliding bolts etc with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars and for ornamentals and intricate design conforming to Fe 410-0 or 310-0 of angle iron of other sections complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other coverings to be prepared for handing or sliding with and incl either hooks and hinges doors( Exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing with one shop coat of Zinc Chrmate pait (incl preparation of surface0 at contractor wksp before febrication, complete all as specified.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide 0r zinc chromate primer including preparation of new steel or iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 2 strand galvanised steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining & fixing to RCC posts etc including securing or tying at crossings with galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (Each line wire to be measured).

S&F for Mild steel angle iron fencing post and sturts in fencing incl necessary cutting drilling welding etc and bending to swan neck shape as required and drilling holes notching for wives etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for.

M&L for laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 graded cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:4 including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joint except at Sharpe curve shall not be more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Pre cast shall be approved by GE (I) R&D ).

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on kerb tone over a coat of primer including preparation of kerb stone surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite slab of any colour and shade (table rubbed and polished) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust , of superior quality set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, cutting the edges in bullnosed shaped and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered Pre-polished cement concrete tiles Squared/ rectangle 20 to 22mm thick with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors over and and including cement screed bedding 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : colour shall be approved by GE (I) R&D.

M&L for factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured glossy finished of any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-30 grade with grey cement and no pigment over and including 20mm thick and sand cusion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc completed all as specified and directed.
