Removing the existing unserviceable handle and S&F new chromium plated handle 125mm long to almirah large/medium/small steel all as specified/directed and shown on drg. FD-67,FD-1031,1032

Removing the existing unserviceable/damaged shelves for almirah large/Medium steel and S&F shelves of MS sheet CRC 1mm thick bent to shape and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including welding/fixing to the almirah and all as specified and shown on drg. FD-67,FD-1031,1032

Taking out existing shelves and making the same in functioning condition including necessary nuts, bolts, clips and washer etc of almirah large / medium steel all as directed. FD-67,FD-1031,1032

Removing the existing unserviceable/damaged/ broken legs for almirah large/ large 1/2 H x 1/2S /Medium steel and S&F with a new legs made out of 18 Gauge CRC sheet with applying one coat of red oxide primer including welding to the almirahs and all as specified and shown on drgs. FD-67,FD-1031,1032

Removing the existing unserviceable locks and S&F locks of appropriate size 6 levers with duplicate keys chromium plated Make Godrej/link or equivalent (product No 3936) as suitable in almirah with suitable fixing arrangement all as directed by Engr in Charge and shown on drgs for almirah large/ Almirah large 1/2Hx1/2S/medium steel. Notes : (i) Unit rate quoted shall include for provision/repairs to back plate cover to key hole back side cover locking device etc. (ii) Steel chromium plated handle shall be measured and paid separately. Removing the existing unserviceable three way locking device and S&F three way locking device with cover all as directed by the Engr in Charge and shown on drgs for almirah large steel/Almirah large 1/2Hx1/2S FD-67/FD-1031

Painting Description (for item No 2.01 to 2.20) :- M&L preparation old painted steel surfaces i.e filliing all holes/cracks or detoriated spots of old painted steel furniture (Internally /externally) putty then by cleaning and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green/black/ white/grey (as directed) with spray gun or by manual brush and roller as per requirement in appropriate shade complete including S&F hard rubber shoe where ever required all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Taking out old unserviceable seat plank of form with back and S&F new plank of 2nd class hard wood in one piece duly wrought upper side including edges and cleaning the other face bottom fix with MS nut and washer as shown on drawing & directed size of Plank shall be 1800mm x 255mm x 25mm. FD-77,97,78M

All as per Item No 5.00 above but form without back and size of Plank shall be 1525mm x 255mm x 25mm. FD-77,97,78M

Replacing broken PVC shoe of chair CB steel with and w/o arm as per drg and directed FD-75M

Chair school with hand rest:- Replacement of writing top made of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board of approved colour ISI marked 585mm x 500mm and fixing it to handle of chair by means of hinges 75mm all as per drg and as directed. FD/E6/MAP/05

M&L welding where required and filling properly at places of welding point throughout in broken joints of frame including painting of replaced part of steel portion to match with existing as directed. one broken point shall be measured as one point i.e. one unit. Taking out old unserviceable glass and S&F new plain glass 3mm including fixing of glass supporing MS plate with screw/nut bolts. The shape and sizes as per drawing and directed.

Removing of existing unserviceable locks and S&F new lock set (04 Nos of lock with two keys only) as per drawing and directed.

M&L welding where required and filling properly at places of welding point throughout in broken frame of Locker steel and book case steel. One broken point shall be measured as one point ie one unit. FD-1028, 1029

Locker Steel : (10.01 to 10.05) FD-1029

Taking out old unserviceable existing handle and S&F chromium plated handles including necessary nut, bolts, washer etc for locker steel.

Taking out existing shelves and making the same in functioning condition including necessary nuts, bolts, clips and washer etc of locker steel all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable leg of locker steel and S&F new legs made out of 20 gauge MS sheet made to shape and sizes shown on drawing all as directed.

Removing of existing unserviceable haps and staple and S&F new set complete.

S&F 20mm chromium plated steel conduct pipe along with suitable bracket

S&F of PVC seat for chair varandah (MAP) size as per drg of 4mm thick weight not less than 1.85 Kg. Make - AMKO/COMFO and best quality approved by GE and as directed. FD/MAP/12

Removing the unserviceable main frame and supply and fixing 3 mm MS rod with main frame with welding and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer after prepration of newly surfaces all as shown on drg and as directed FD/E6/MAP/02
