Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged poles welded with cast iron base plate of size 30cmx30cmx6mm thick finial taper plug bolts nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP 55, 11m long in truly vertical position till setting of PCC foundation complete including painting with two coats of aluminium paints of approved quality over one coat of red oxide primer as on exposed surfaces & two coat bituminous paint for embedded portion complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation of post hole, PCC required for foundation and coping will be measured & paid under relevant items of Sch 'A'.

M&L for foundation for Tubular swaged type Pole including excavation of size not less than 0.65X0.55X1.95 mtr and getting out for pole foundation including filling in with PCC type D2 1:4:8 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate of size 0.65X0.55X 0.15mtr as in lean concrete and including Coping of pole with PCC type C1 1:3:6 with 20 mm graded aggregate (of size-0.65x0.55x1.8mtr below G.L.+0.45x0.45x0.45 mtr above G.L with fine finishing) and including removing surplus soil to a distance n.exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning HT 22 KV, 400 Amp outdoor type gang operated single air-break switch, triple pole, tilting type, vertical mounting, mechanically operated consisting of hot dip galvanised channel iron base having 2 Nos 11 KV Post type insulator in stack - 3 stack per phase, copper or copper alloy high pressure heavily tinned contacts, flexible copper braided tape ,MS arcing horns capable of breaking the magnetizing current with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete with horizontal connecting square bar, GI pipe of size not less 25mm dia, medium grade and of suitable length as down rod levers coupling & operating handle with locking arrangement connected with new ACSR conductor (jumper) - set of 3 duly logged incoming and out going with steel nut bolts and washers including dismantling and taking out old switch and connections complete complying to IS 9921/1985 (Part I to IV) or its latest amendment all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE - The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of cutting, welding, drilling etc. and other jobs including. cost of nut, bolts, washers, etc. minor items required for the efficient operation of GOD. and removing of old GOD complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install drop out lift of HT 22 KV, 200 Amps fuse link consisting of channel iron base having 2 Nos 11 KV post type insulators in stack & 2 stack per phase complete with fuse carrier of SRBP tube with heavily tinned non ferrous metal parts and spring loaded phosphorous bronze contact complete manufactured as per latest IS complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE - The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of cutting, welding, drilling etc. and other jobs including cost of nut, bolts, washers, etc. minor items required for the efficient operation of DO fuse unit and removing of old DO unit

Supply and laying in replacement, in trenches /ducts/fixing on pole/STR with suitable size of GI clamps made out of GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm, XLPE insulated, screened, earthed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, electric power cable (heavy duty) of size 3 core x 120 sqmm with aluminium conductor suitable for 22 KV (E) grade as per relevant IS including latest amendment for IS testing, commissioning along with S&F for HT cable route indicator for every 100 m or at turning with suitable PCC Foundation of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 complete all as specified and as directed including taking out old burnt out cable alongwith cable covers. Note:- (a) Earth work, EHV cable cover, sand cushioning & GI pipe will be measured and paid separately. (b) High voltage test to be conducted at site with suitable voltage before and after laying of HT cable and reading shall be recorded jointly and test report to be submitted in triplicate to the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted above.( C) The cost of straight through joint required for laying of new cable continuously shall be included in the rate of cable in RM.

Note: The contractors are advised to visit the site before quoting the rate as almost all area is paved & rockey area.

Supply, spreading and leveling 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in various E&M installations complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for spreading, filling in and mixing Fine aggregate (sand/stone dust) as cushioning to underground HT cable complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the Starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat, size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors of service feeder or distribution span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drawing bus bar 3 phase with aluminium conductor, steel reinforced DOG (size 1 of 6/1 x 4.72 mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for servicing, greasing, cleaning of GOD, adjustment of its operation, cleaning and checking (for any type of damage) of insulators and lightening arresters incl. tightening of all loose nuts & bolts on the HT structure at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- 1. All the necessary tools, tackles and ladder shall be arranged by the contractor for the subject work. 2. Contractor has to arrange for necessary cleaning agent (petrol, diesel, CRC 2-26 etc.) and lubricating material like petroleum Jelly, grease, oil and lubricating sprays if any, as required for subject work. 3. Major spares required to be replace during servicing will be measured and paid under relevant item as specified in the schedule here forth.

Disconnecting HT/LT XLPE cable of any size from structure/pole/transformer/MOCB/LT Panel for finding fault and M&L for defect rectification HT/LT cable laid in trenches or any location by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc. The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within the 12 hours of instruction from Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 hrs to 2200 hrs and has to be rectified within 12 hours after notification, failing which Rs 500/- per day per complaint will be recovered from the dues to the contractor.

Disconnecting HT/LT terminations/cables, connected earthing strips from transformer, taking down the transformer from plinth/platform, loading it on a vehicle, transporting the same to a new location as directed by Engr-in-Charge, unloading and placing the transformer on plinth/platform, connecting HT, LT and earth termination connections, charging, testing and commissioning the transformer of rating up to 1500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE - (a). Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of all items, not specified above, required for efficient installation and operation of transformer. (b). Any damage/loss to govt property will be make good by the contractor at his own cost. (c). On receipt of complaint the Job shall be completed within 24 Hrs failing to which Rs. 1000/- per day will be recovered as penalty.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE - (a). Cost of cutting out of trench for accommodating the machine and making good to the surface after completion of the job are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. (b). Contractor has to rectify any damage to cables, pipes or other govt. property free of cost to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (c). Any extra excavation or the any other connected jobs required other than as mentioned in the scope of work will be measured and paid under the relevant items of this schedule.

Disconnecting HT/LT and earth termination connections of electric outdoor/indoor type transformer of capacity up to 1250 KVA and lowering down/getting out from 2/4 pole structure/PCC platform/inside sub station for major repair/minor repair , loading into the vehicle, transporting to and fro the same to workshop for carrying out repairs and reconnecting HT/LT connections at site after repair and charging the transformer on load, commissioning and testing including insulation testing at site complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE - Rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation, T&P and manpower required.

Draining out transformer oil, dismantling top cover along with conservator tank, taking out core and coil assemblies after disconnecting connections, rewinding of burnt out HV/LV coil with same size and type of super enameled copper conductor and number of turns to get the same rating and insulating material such as paper insulator sleeves, heating etc. Putting back the core and coil assemblies into the tank after removing sludge and replacement of HT & LT bushing complete with brass terminal, refixing top cover and conservator including replacement of gasket, nut, bolts & washers all to the complete satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge for the transformer of capacity up to 1250 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE - Cost of material and labour required for replacement of nuts, bolts, washers of suitable sizes, rubber gaskets of approved quality and size is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

M&L for installation and commissioning of transformer of capacity up to 1250 KVA in place of unserviceable transformer on hire basis for 10 days when ordered complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Repairing of unserviceable transformer have to be completed within 10 days duration & no extra cost will be paid toward hiring charges beyond 10 days. Moreover contractor will not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until it is replaced by the repaired transformer and it shall be responsibility of the Contractor. Anything goes wrong in the hired transformer, no extra cost will be paid towards repairing of hired transformer and it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. Contractor should check the available infrastructure and to be sure regarding safety of transformer before installation. The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of transportation cost, connecting incoming & outgoing cables, earthing leads, lifting/lowering arrangements, labour charges. Cost of materials and labours required for replacement of cable aluminium lugs as suitable for the existing sized cables, nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates.

Supply only material for rewinding of HT coils with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge and proper number of turns to get the same capacity along with insulating materials e.g. leathered paper insulation, cotton tape, empire tape, wooden blocks, PVC sleeves, soldering job, varnishing and heating, drying etc. complete to the satisfaction of Engr- i n - Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only material for rewinding of LT coils with super enameled Class B copper strip with Electrical Grade Insulating Kraft paper all confirming to IEC-60554-3-5 (1984) and proper number of turns to get the same capacity along with insulating materials e.g. leathered paper insulation, cotton tape, empire tape, wooden blocks, PVC sleeves, soldering job, varnishing and heating, drying etc. complete to the satisfaction of Engr- i n - Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacing unserviceable drain valve 50mm size of various transformers after draining out transformer oil and refilling the oil into the transformer after filtration to get required dielectric strength 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of transformers of various capacities installed at various locations under GE (C) Kirkee by performing following tests - 1.IR Value on L.V & H.V side using 500 V & 5KV Megger respectively, 2.Ratio on all the taps, 3.Magnetic Balance tests on L.V & H.V., 4.Vector group, 5. Magnetizing current, 6.Winding Resistance Test on H.V & LV terminals. Note : i) Contractor should make his own arrangement of testing equipments and electric supply so required. (ii) A detailed Test Report should be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with pure copper solid bar 25 mm outer dia electrode, including testing, 3 mtr long and having suitable hole on top to connect earthing strip with nut bolts, buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge at 30 cm below ground level after making bore hole of 200 mm dia and 3.3 mtr deep using suitable mechanical drilling machine (for drilling near the specified bldg) connected with copper strip 25x3 mm with minimum two Nos of copper/ GM nut bolts and connected to test point from earthing pit. The earthing should be filled with carbon based earthing compound. The resistance of the compound should be less than 0.1 Ohms . The compound should be highly conductive, hygroscopic, non magnetic, non corrosive in nature and have best moisture retaining qualities with ph value between 7-9. Connected to the earthing test point, Fiber reinforced plastic pit not less than 300x300 mm with pit cover, including necessary returning filling & removal of extra soil , to achieve earth resistance value less than 3 Ohms including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Make U-Protect or equivalent NOTE : - (i). Earthing strip GI/copper upto 7.5m will be measured and paid under this item only. (ii). Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of demolition of old earthing as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii). The new earthing so constructed must have resisitance value below 3 ohms. If the aforesaid resistance value is not achieved contractor has to make proper aadditions/alterations to the newly constructed earthing at his own cost. (IV) The earthigs are to be done in arockey area.

M&L copper earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 20x3mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
