S&F Pre-cast PCC Cable Route Indicator of size 600x250x75mm including embossing 'DANGER/11KV CABLE/MES' on both sides and painted Letters with approved Colour, burried in ground for a depth of 35 cm including necessary Earth Work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) up to 180mm thickness, or filling of clean dry coarse sand all-round the transformer platform/4Pole Structure and cable duct after cleaning grass/small bushes, etc. including removal of old dirty sand complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Earthing complete with copper Earth Plate Electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm, thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the Ground Level) with Top Edge of Earth Plate not less than 1.50m deep below normal ground level, connected to copper earth strip 20 x 3mm dia by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and Washers made of Galvanised Iron 20 mm dia GI Pipe (Med grade) for watering, 40 mm dia GI Pipe light grade for protection of earth strip, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 Concrrete pit of size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm and CI Cover plate fixed with hinges on suitable size angle complete as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of steel tubular pole of 9/11 mtr long for street/security lights, painting with one coat of aluminum paint on entire pole surface including (GI Brackets, clamps, Angle, Channel etc over one coat of red oxide paint and painting zebra pattern of alternate yellow and black strips with acrylic paint upto 0.9m height from pole coping and writing of pole Number in black paint on yellow background of dia 100mm dia, painting with one coat of waterproof cement based paint in white colour to pole coping complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Shades of colour shall be used as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Taking down HT switch gear (Vacuum circuit breaker ) at 11KV Sub Stn of capacity 12 KV, 400 Amps Make Crompton Greeves type 12VR18\800 comprising of repairs, complete overhauling / servicing, carrying out preventive maintenance alongwith testing of breakers by current injection test and refixing the same after repairs / overhauling:- Note:- (i) The servicing includes for busbar duct chamber, cable alleys and connecting accessories. (ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary T&P, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape, complete, painting of VCB panels with approved colour including lettering details all as per existing etc. to put in to the VCBs and panels in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Major spares like Breaker bushings, vacuum interrupter assly, busbar spout, busbar spout connections, circuit spout/circuit spout connections / buffer fixed contacts, moving contacts, tank assly / barriers, solenoid spares, dependent / spring mechanism / motor mechanism, trip unit etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A', however the rate quoted shall be deemed to include for any other minor spares requiring replacement. (iv) The servicing shall be carried out by auhtorised service engineer of OEM and approval of the same shall be taken from Engr-in-Charge.
