Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Conditional tender will not be considered

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing E-procurement portal.

Period for completion of this work is 3 Months.

The contractor has produce all the Original documents at the time of opening of tender or Afterwords for Verification.

The Contractor must have KPWD/KTTP PWD Civil Class-IV & above Registration

The Contractor shall be responsible for the safety of all activities on the Site

All the Relevant Documents as per KW-1 need to be uploaded while submitting bid in general documents provision in e-procurement portal.

Payment of work is done after Quality control and third party inspection Report.

Contractor Must follow the terms and conditions given by town Panchayat as and when.

All workdone certificates should be signed by Executive Engineer or above Rank.

Contractor Must submit his last 5 year Turnover Certificate Signed by C.A.

Contractor Must Submit his GST, Income Tax Certificate.

Contractor Must submit Line of Credit of Rs. 30 Percentage of Tender Amount from Nationalised Bank
