1.0) Running, maintenance and operation of Sewage pump set, DG Sets, IEI and compound lighting at IFC Pocket-C Gazipur as per the inventory, terms & condition and deploying the following manpower: a). OperatorGrade-II - 2 Nos. ( 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM, one in each shift) b). Khallasi - 1 No. (10 PM to 6 AM)

2.0) Running, maintenance and operation of Clear water pump set, DG Sets, IEI and compound lighting at IFC Pocket-C Gazipur as per the inventory, terms & condition and deploying the following manpower : a). OperatorGrade-II - 2 Nos. ( 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM, one in each shift) b). Khallasi - 1 No. (10 PM to 6 AM)

3.0) Providing watch & ward for storm water submersible pump sets, substation and DG Set etc. at Gazipur as per inventory and terms and conditions attached. a). Khallasi 3 Nos. one in each shift or as required by Engineer-in-charge.

4.0) Replacement of defective/ faulty of following parts in existing electrical panel board i/c testing etc. as if required.

4.1) DOL Starter suitable for 7.5 HP. (make- L&T or similar superior )

4.2) ML- 1.5 Starter (L&T make ML- 1.5 FASD)(make- L&T or similar superior)

4.3) ML- 3 Starter (L&T make ML- 3 FASD)(make- L&T or similar superior)

4.4) 3 Pole 32 Amp. Contactor (make- L&T or similar superior)

4.5) 3 Pole 70 Amp. Contactor (make- L&T or similar superior)

4.6) 63 Amp. TP&N Switch SFU Type (make- L&T or similar superior)

4.7) Digital A. Meter, V. Meter of suitable range(make- AE or similar superior)

4.8) Single phase preventer (make- AE or similar superior)

5.0) Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel,making connections, Ics=100% Icu and Operational Voltage 690V etc. as required.

6.0) Repairing & rewinding of following rating Induction Motor (3 phase, 440 volt) i/c dismentling and re-assembling after rewinding and replacement of ball bearing, testing,commissioning etc. complete as if reqd.

7.0) Performing of following job for repairing 15HP Centrifugal pump set assembly (Clear water ) i/c dismentling ,making of gland dori,greasing,packing sheet,providing nut -bolts,re-assembling and testing etc. complete as if reqd.
