Cleaning grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area as directed.

CONSTRUCTION OF CROSS WALL, SIDE WALL ,REMEDIAL MEASURES TO SPILL CHANNEL, REPAIRS TO TOE DRAIN,RESECTIONING OF DAM FLUSHING OF RELEIF WELLS AND DRAINAGE HOLES

Removing wet silt from canal bed with 15.00 mtr. lead and all lift including depositing the excavated stuff etc. Complete as directed.

Excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders up to 0.6 m diameter ( 0.113 cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains / catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated stuff neatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embankment including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc. Complete with lead up to 1 km and all lifts as directed.

Excavation in hard murum including boulders upto 0.6 m diameter ( 0.113 cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains / catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated stuffneatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embankment including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc., complete with lead upto 1 km and all lifts as directed.

Excavation in hard rock of all toughness by breaker including boulders above 0.6 m dia.(0.113Cum) minimising damage to side slopes of excavation and placing the excavated rock neatly in approved dump Cum. area including cost of all materials, machinery, labour,levelling bed etc., complete with lead upto 1 km and all lifts as directed

Providing and fixing anchor bar of 32 mm diameter 4.32 m with resin bond cement capsule anchorage through shaft including drilling holes, inserting grout capsule, driving anchor, cost of all materials, machinery, labour, ventilation, lighting, drainage and other ancillary operations etc complete with all lifts as Directed.

Providing and constructing 300 mm thick dry rubble stone pitching with pin headers at 2 per sqm using stones and stone chips from approved source including cost of all materials, labour, hand packing / wedging stone chips, finishing etc.,complete with lead upto 1 km and all lifts as directed.

Drilling 52-57 mm dia grout holes by percusson drilling equipment through masonry / rock in stages including cleaning and flushing the drilled holes, conveyance of all materials and equipments for all other ancillary etc complete as directed

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-15 of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for foundation and bedding with Batching Plant and Transit Mixer including placing, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts as directed

: Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete as directed.

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-15 of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for PCC with or without surface reinforcement/ RCC concreting requiring heavy or special type of shuttering for works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway down stream face, energy dissipating structures, intake structures, training walls, piers, abutments etc. with Batching Plant and Transit mixer with centering, centering, shuttering, scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts etc. complete as directed.

Providing and constructing Quarry Spalls of approved trap stone quality of specified thickness from approved source including cost of all materials, labour, machinary etc.complete with lead upto 1 km and all lifts as directed b) From hard rock excavation

Providing and laying rubble soling below foundation in layers including filling with rubble chips murrum etc complete as directed

Providing a fully Automated reservoir water level and out flow discharge station with water level radar sensor 0-30 m connected with GPRS ,data logger, solar battery and panel,solar charge controller,pole for hoistiong sensors with lightning protection ,tool kit, including installation, assemblling and commisioning at the project site with Final acceptance of RTDAS systems all material transportation etc comlpete.

Providing supplying and preparing surface for turfing including laying 15 cms good soil on top in 7.5 cm layer surface watering and light ramming including seeds and sods with all leads and lifts

PEIZIOMETER, PERMENENT BENCH MARK Providing,erecting,testing and commissioning of a Casagrande type Piezometer in a 100 mm dia.cased drilled hole with all its required accessories as follows as per IS -7356 part-I at the dam site

A) Drilling perfectly vertical cased bore hole of 100 mm diameter for casagrande piezometer inclusive of charges of transporting ,lowering and fixing of 50 mm diameter M.S./G.I./P.V.C.casing pipe inside the cased bore hole including all works pertaining to drilling such as transportation, Installation and removal of drilling machine etc. complete in all type of collapsible strata consisting of soft soil, clays,murum,gravel as per direction of Engineer- in-charge upto 100 mtr depth below ground.

B) UPVC,(Schedule 40) pipe of 50 mm diameter for casing of bore hole, ISI mark with required length and all required material complete.

C) 100 mm dia and 1.80 m deep well graded sand filter( 2.36 to 4.75 mm screened ) around the casagrande piezometer.

D) Rigid UPVC (Schedule 40) riser pipe of 20 mm inner dia. ,(min wall thickness 2.87 mm ) with required length and all its required accessories.

E) 37 mm dia,6 mm wall thickness and 60 cm long porous tube piezometer with stopper and top adapter made up of carborundum with porous tube fillter of grain size 60 micron as specified in IS 7356 part-I

F) 25 mm brass hexagonal pipe top cap.

G) Providing 100 mm dia and 0.60 m deep bentonite clay plug above sand filter.

H) 50 mm dia and 1.25 m long G.I pipe,Heavy , (Schedule C) type for casing protective cover

I) Construction of cement concrete platform/block/muffing of size 700x700x700mm around the piezometer pipe below ground with cavity around the pipe of 300x300x300 mm in cement concrete in M15 including excavation ,cantering , shutting arrangement of RCC cover ( frame 300x300mm with lifting arrangement including laying of angle iron frame of angle size as 50x50x6 mm to be fixed /embedded on the top of chamber complete.) cost of all materials and labour and curing etc.complete.

Providing electronic water level indicator for taking water level reading in casagrande piezometer with stainless steel probe connected with indelibly graduated electric measurement cable having graduation at 0.5 m interval & 200 m length (100 m on spool with the device and 100 m as spare ) as per IS 7356 (Part I) 2002

Providing permanent bench mark dressed stone of basalt, granite or gniess of size 30cm X 30cm X 45cm at least 15cm below the ground and embedding depth of 30cm in grade M-15 insitu concrete of size 90cm X 90cm X 60cm deep over 1 M deep foundation concrete of grade M-10 including excavation, concrete, providing and fixing dressed stone and backfilling the pit up to ground level with sand etc complete, as directed.

Double levelling to connect Geodetic Trignometrical Survey Bench Mark and establishing the Permanent Bench Mark at Dam site at place along the canal alignment submergence and in command area etc, as directed.

CHUTE DRAINS AND LONGITUDINAL DRAINS

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-10 of trap/ granite / quartzite / graded metal for foundation and bedding with Batching Plant and Transit Mixer including placing, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts as directed

Supplying & laying 25 cm Dia half round RCC Hume pipe of standard thickness including placing, etc. complete with all leads & all lifts as directed

Providing and Laying in position 450mm x 300mm Trapezoidal Drains with side slopes 1:1 precast cement concrete drains , fixing in 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 including formwork, fixing in position, filling the joint with C.M.1:3 , curing etc. complete.

Providing and laying weep holes of 100 mm diameter PVC pipes as per drawing for abutment returns, return walls etc.Complete.
