Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Note for item No 1 to 3 :- During the excavation any damage to the existing services like telephone cable,electric cable, sewage line etc will be repaired by the contractor at his own risk & cost. No extra payment will be born by the dept. on this account.

Material and labour for removal of deposited scales from inside the Over head reservoir of capacity 2.0 lakhs gallons with the help of wire brush and pressure pump of pressure not less than 50 to 80 bar, from the overhead tank and white washing the inner surface of the tank all as directed by Engr-in Charge

Testing of water by the approved govt lab authority’ and test the following perameter of water :- PH range, Total solids, total hardness, Floride, Nitrites, Nitrates, Lead Arsenic, Ammonia, Chlorides, Cadmium, Cyanide, Mercury Iron, Management, Surphate, Phernolic and submission the report to Deptt or as directed by Engr-in-charge Note :- water collected on present of medical staff / MES staff and empty collection sample bottle will be provide by the contractor

Dismentaling/broken of brick masonary valve pit of any size ,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonary valve pit built in cement mortar 1:6 of size 120cm x 120cm x110cm (internal dimension) over 15cm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 sub base extended alround 15cm beyond external edge of brick work including plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 internally and plus pointing to brick wall surfaces externally as work proceeds complete with MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement, angle iron frame 40mm x 40mm x 6mm (grouting with anchor fashioners length not less than 15cm - 04 Nos) and painting with a coat of synthatic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cast iron fitting for CI spigot socketed/ flanged pipe bend (any type radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bends increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces, single branch 'Y' junction double branch cross (all socket or socket spigot or flanged) collars, cap and plugs upto 200 mm bore connection pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth piece one end flanged and other end tapering as bell mouth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs of fabricated from steel including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for supporting of CI/GI pipes,header etc all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300mm long fixed with 40mm dia, 4 mtr long GI Pipe incl providing flat iron clamps, nuts & bolts, embedding the GI pipe in PCC M-10 block (nominal mix) of size 30 x 30 x 40cm and connecting complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: GI pipe,and Pcc will be measured and paid separately.

S & F in replacement of GI tubing (light grade) 40mm dia for holding of air termination rod.

S & F in replacement of Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm on OH tank with saddle on min distance of 0.5 mtr through out the aluminium strip including nuts, bolts, washers, serew complete as indicated or directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

S & F in replacement of GI strip 32 x 6mm as earth continuity conductor for loop earthing complete with fixing of seddles, nuts bolts, washers, screws complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates in PCC block and fixing post complete all as specified.

M&L For Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 3 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal, magnicium sulphate, common salt and connected with in and including GI strip of size 32x6mm by means of stainless steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to test point 40mm bore of GI pipe (light grade) from earth plate up to testing point for protection of GI strip and 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) with wire mesh and funnel for watering including necessary excavation and earth work, (in any type of soil) PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-2 with RCC cover with suitable size of handle made out of 8mm dia MS bars and angle iron 40 x 40x 3mm frame for cover complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Part I of SSR Part-I 2009 complete all as specified. M &L in replacement of Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw.

M &L for Cleaning of trenches/ duct and getting out loose sand/soil , spoils, rubbish, dry leaves etc and removing and depositing at 200m distance etc complete

M &L for Demolition of PCC in ground floor & pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level etc complete.

M &L for Demolition of brick work or stone bouldern masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc and removing unserviceable material exc 100 mtr as specified.

S&F 0.63 mm th CGI sheeting, Cl-4 with two corrugation side lap, fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type cranked hook bolts washers in roof.

S&F 0.80 mm thick mild steel plain, black sheet as in ridge, hip, valley gutter, drip and straight flushing (length & girth as fixed) fixed with L'-type or 'J'-type or cranked hook bolts.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded agg) as in Sub-base to floor finishes.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete (M-15), type B1 (using 20mm graded agg) as in flooring finished even and smooth using extra cement.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer.

Preparing newly plastered or concrete surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of white wash.

Supply and fix in replacement Air termination, single pointed rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long in existing GI pipe of 20-25 mm dia on over head water tank all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC block of size 30 x 30 x 30 cm type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) with and including embedded 25 mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.00 mtr long for fixing air termination including all necessary fixing arrangement on over head water tank all as directed.

S&F integral LED Aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure including taking down old one.Make:- Bajaj - Ordering product code-110731, Luminare type - BGAV302 LED, C&S cat part No LTAL 100 or equivalent.

Supply and fixing PVC Conduit of size 20 mm dia for holding the service wire for connection of Avation light on the roof of over head tank complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. Earth pit not less than 2.25mtr depth and top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 25 X 6 mm by means of nuts,bolts & washer etc. Earth strip connected upto main earth point/DBs alongwith 40 mm dia earth protection pipe from top edge of the earth plate to main earth point to be connected and 20mm dia watering pipe light grade with funnel and provn of PCC using cement concrete (1:2:4) mix type B1 ( using 20 mm graded stone agregate) and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick precost RCC (1:2:4) mix type B1 duly reinforced with 8 mm dia of ms bar @ 15 mm CIC with both way lifting arrangement complete including all necessary excavation & earth work all as specified and directed.
