Transporting and Erection of tower parts and bolt and nut, tightening, punching of bolt and nuts if necessary for final checking and rectification of defects in tower parts if any including cost of Transporting from Karamadai Central Stores, sorting out tower parts at site,all T & P's, Hire Charges for Crane, all labour, lead, lift, etc complete as per standard specification complete.

Tack welding of bolts and Nuts in the newly erected towers up to bottom cross arm level including of three tack weld for each bolts & Nuts hire charges of welding machine cost of welding rods, transporting charges and painting with cold galvanizing paint and tightening of bolts wherever necessary including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, transporting, hire charges etc., as per standard specification complete.

Painting the tower leg with Anti corrosive black paint up to the height of 1 m from coping level including cost of all materials, labour, curing, all leads & lifts etc., as per standard Specification complete.

Arranging and availing line clear in HT/ LT/EHT lines during stringing and dismantling works including cost of all labour for lowering and re tensioning and jumper connections, earthing,providing stay of HT/LT/EHT lines, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete as per standard Specification complete.

Providing Temporary guys of independent arrangements for each cross arm including independent stay pits of standard dimensions wherever necessary including excavation, burying out of anchor for stay wire, tightening, dismantling the same after completion of works including cost of all materials, T & P, labour, lead, lift, as per instruction of TANTRANSCO Engineer at site complete.

Transporting and Hoisting of 90 KN Suspension Ordinary Insulators of 7 units with fittings transporting from stores to site including cost of all T & Ps, labour, lead, lift etc., as per standard Specification complete.

Transporting and Hoisting of 120 KN Ordinary Insulators of 8 units with Single Tension Fitting transporting from stores to site including cost of all T & Ps, labour, lead, lift etc., as per standard Specification complete.

Paving out, rough sagging , Tensioning of 3 Nos ACSR Panther Conductor for clipping, providing rollers at required intervals for paving out the conductor (The conductor shall not touch ground during the operation), providing vibration dampers at tension location, giving jumper connection including major & minor T & Ps all labour, lead, lift etc., as per standard Specification complete.

Paving out, rough sagging , Tensioning of 6 Nos ACSR Panther Conductor for clipping, providing rollers at required intervals for paving out the conductor (The conductor shall not touch ground during the operation), providing vibration dampers at tension location, giving jumper connection including major & minor T & Ps all labour, lead, lift etc., as per standard Specification complete.

Paving out, rough sagging , Tensioning of 1 No Earth wire 7 / 3.55 mm Clipping, giving jumper connection including major & minor T & Ps all labour, lead, lift etc., as per standard Specification complete.

Supplying and fixing of Name Board including all cost of labour, lead lift etc complete.

Supplying, fabrication and fixing Eye Bolt including all cost of labour, lead lift etc complete.
