Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:5:10 (1 cement: 5coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)
Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings , bases for columns.
Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
Disposal of unserviceable materials like debris, scarified road material building material etc from the site within an average lead upto 10 km. The rate including incidental charges and loading charges on the PWD yard/ road side low lying area etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge. Finishing the top surface of the concrete smooth with power trowelling including floor hardener at the rate of 4kg/sqm and roughening the surface with steel wire brush in straight direction perpendicular to the road as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 3M make reflective road studs of category 'A' raised pavements markers made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectitcity and chromaticity values conformaing to ASTM D 4280. The reflective raised pavement makers shall also confirm the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm, 15mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3mm (3M equivalent). The marker shall support a load of 13635kg tested in accordence with ASTM D 4280. Lenses shall be moulded of polycarbonate or methylmethacrylate confirming ASTMD788. The area of each retro reflective surface shall not be less than 13.0sq.cm. The slope or retro- reflectcity surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table1 of said MORTH & H circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks not less than 20mm diameter and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better anchorage with bituminous grout or epoxy mortor all as per the MORTH circular
Providing, hoisting and fixing precast RCC cover slabs for drain ( Upto plinth level) of length varying upto 1.80m and varying thickness from 100mm to 200mm including the cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing smooth with neat cement pruning on the exposed surfaces but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:1.1.5:3 (1 cement, 1.5 coarse sand 3 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) The rate is inclusive of all taxes.
