HDPE MAKE-UP WATER TANK S & F multi-layered HDPE make-up water tank of total 20000 litre (in configuration of 2 x 10000 litres) capacity made up of 100% virgin material, having 100% UV stabilized white outer layer, threaded lid, extra insert lid for protection against algae formation complete with inter-connection piping and non-return valve etc. complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge. NOTE. Staging platform of suitable height for the make up water tank , made with structurally sound masonry and concrete work is deemed to be included in the scope of work for this item.

The charger input be connected with converter of regenerative drive. [b] The ARD actuation time should be less than one second after failure of power supply and when ARD is operative the car should stop at the nearest floor and then open. The telephone instrument shall be connected in the telephone DB installed in the machine room. [xxii] Mirror of suitable size to be provided on the wall opposite to main door above SS railing.

CRANE

Design, supply, install, testing and commissioning of indoor type EOT (electrically operated travelling) double girder over head crane of 2 Ton capacity, class III, M7 as per IS:3177 of 2020 and IS : 807 of 2006 and other relevant Indian standards of latest versions having straight travel path, operating on 415 volts, 3 phase, 50Hz, AC and with control voltage not exceeding 110 volts, AC through low voltage transformer with independent movable pendent supported by chain/SS rope, double girder type , floor operated movable pendent control by means of push buttons independent of crab trolley position with protective panel with down shop lead, trailing cable complete with minimum IP-55 protection for cables, motors panels incl separate canopy for for motors along with all accessories/equipment's duly epoxy painted complete all as stipulated in Annexure-'A' here in after , as shown on drawings and as directed. The span length, cross travel length & hook height mentioned is tentative exact span length, cross travel length & hook height shall be measured at site before fabrication. EOT crane shall be provided with the following specifications and capable for electrically controlled movements: (i) Capacity of Crane : 2 Ton double box girder (ii) Clear span : 7.5 m (approx.) (iii) Bay length : 13.5 m approx. (iv) Hook height : 6 m approx. (v) Hoisting speed : 3.0 mtr / min with creep control (vi) CT speed : 5.0 mtr/ min with creep control (vii) LT speed : 10.0 mtr/min with creep control (viii) Control; Pendent control,

NOTE: 1 a) The crane is to be operated in indoor as well as outdoor fully exposed to weather elements. Adequate IP protective covering over the electrical and mechanical components shall be provided b) The crane shall be provided with additional storm brakes for anchoring it to cater to storm conditions c) Automatic electrohydraulic or electromagnetic brakes shall be provided if the service brakes are not electromechanical type. d) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include provision of electrical wiring of suitable size in rigid metallic conduits fixed on surfaces from main switch upto electrical control panels. All cables shall be armoured copper cables. Provision of ISMC channel welded along with ISMB (gantry girder) and longitudinal travelling rail welded along with ISMC inclusive all supports, MS insulators & other fittings & fixture as reqd.

e) Clear span and bay length specified and shown on drgs are only indicative. The tenderer shall visit the site and ascertain exact span and bay length before designing / execution. f) Long travel main gantry girder will be provided by Building Contractor g) Dimensions, capacities/sizes of equipment's/ accessories mentioned on drawing are minimum to be provided. Prior approval of Accepting Officer shall be obtained for the detailed construction drg and electrical wiring diagram of EOT crane and contractor shall incorporate changes wherever required and the rates quoted above shall deemed to inclusive of such provisions and its accessories before designing / execution. h) Longitudinal / cross travel shall be limited to 1.0 m away from the wall on both ends as far as possible. j) The lowest bidder shall prepare Constructional drawing including specification as per the design of approved OEM. In case the lowest bidder is not OEM himself then lowest bidder shall submit an MOU with departmentally approved OEM for construction and executing of the crane work. Drawings and specifications in both the cases will be subject to approval of accepting officer as per Para (g) above.

WATER PURIFIER

Supply and fix Reverse Osmosis plant of output capacity of 25 litters per hour. (For water cooler)

ARBORICULTURE

M & L for supplying and staking of good soil well sieved 90% to pass through IS sieve of 10mm size free from stones rubbish like lumps, stones, roots and other foreign materials suitable for gardening. The soil should be fresh from quarry. The colour of the soil generally red including cost of all royalty and carriage, all tools, plants, taxes, octroi etc., all complete.

Supply only at site dump manure well decayed, well dried, well powdered, without clodes and free from stones, dried grass and other rubbish material. The colour of manure shall be black. The manure screened through sieve at 1:5 designation 4.75 micron including carriage at site.

Planting large Feature Trees :- Supply and planting of best quality healthy plants at site in 0.60 m x0 .60 m x0 .60m pit . Filling the pit with fresh garden soil/silt, sand & manure in ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%). Mixing soil/silt, sand and manure thoroughly well, levelling as directed, watering previous night, planting one or two year old healthy and 1.20 m tall specific feature trees sapling as per specifications. Watering, weeding, stirring of soil replacing of causalities etc., complete. FIRE RESISTANCE ALUMINIUM PARTITION IN MECHANICAL SIZE

S&F anodised aluminium frame powder coated for doors , windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc. complete all as specified. Thickness of powder coating will be 50 micron.

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF LIFTS

Comprehensive maintenance and repairs of fully automatic electrically operated Goods Lift - 2 nos, speed 0.5 metre/sec with single speed motor, 415 volts, 3 phase AC 50 Hz supply, conforming to IS-14665 and as amended suitable to serve up to 2 Floors (G+1) upper floors with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency Drive (VVVF drive) complete suitable to carry 1000 Kg load with all standard accessories, simplex automatic& manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, centre opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (03Nos, one each in car, Machine room & near Ground floor landing door) complete all as specified . (DRF - 1 Nos , and Ejection Seat Complex- 01 Nos) comprising of all devices and accessories through 36 months for all days including holidays etc. after expiry of defects liability period as shown below and all as specified and directed to Eng.-in-Charge Note : Contractor shall carryout comprehensive maintenance (routine, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly) as per attached Performa and maintain all the lifts in serviceable condition 24 hrs x 365 days with out any extra cost.

Note :- Notes :- (i) Rates quoted under Sch A shall be for both materials and labour complete unless mentioned otherwise. (ii) After expiry of the defects liability period of 24 months from the certified date of completion of work, Government reserves the right to order the contractor to carryout comprehensive maintenance services of the lift (provided by him under Sch A in accordance with terms and conditions detailed in Sch A and specifications enclosed thereof in the event of Govt. exercising the above right, the terms of comprehensive maintenance service contract shall be for a period of three years. Total period of comprehensive maintenance service contract of the lift shall be three years from the expiry date of the details liability period. (iii) The contractor shall enter in to a MOU with the OEMs for the provision of the lift and further maintenance. The MOU for the post warranty/post defect liability period between the contractor the contractor and OEM shall be submitted at least six months prior to the issue of completion certificate of the main contract.

(iv) The rate quoted under this Sch A shall be deemed to include for materials and labour required for comprehensive maintenance including repairs. (v) The work covered under Sch A will be ordered on the contractor by the respective Garrison Engineer on every year through a separate works order for the lifts installed in their area at the rate quoted by the contractor till completion of three years comprehensive maintenance.

(vi) This contract shall be operative for the period of three years after expiry of defect liability period only for the purpose of comprehensive maintenance. (vii) In case of non function of Lift recovery shall be effected after the defect is noticed or notified either in writing or through a social media message by GE or his rep in terms of PS clauses mentioned in the tender.

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF AIR CONDITOINING

Comprehensive maintenance comprising of routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance of chilled water type central air conditioning plant of capacity 110 TR installed, comprising of all devices and accessories through out 12 months on all days including sundays & holidays for a period of 03 years after expiry of defects liability period (i.e. 24 months after completion of all Phase II tests) all as specified and directed and as shown below:-

(b) 1 year after completion of BOQ item No.43.02 here-in-before

MANING AND OPERATION OF CENTRAL AC PLANTS

Outsourcing of services round the clock ( consisting of three shifts) including Sundays and holidays and operation of Central type air conditioning plant of capacity 3 x 55 TR ( Two plants each to be run at a time and one will be kept as stand by) including all connected electrical items such as main switch, starter,change over switch, MCCB, voltmeter, ammeter, panel board etc, cooling tower,condenser or water pump ,valve system,controling system, condenser,refrigerant line,adjusting valve, refrigrant valve, bypass valve, daily checcking, leakage, checking noise, controlling temp. of plant,cleaning of plant and it's surrounding area etc, by one Ref Mech (Skilled) per shift for 03 shifts in a day all as per manufacturers instructions and as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

NOTE:- (a) The contractor shall be responsible for periodical maintenance, as per maintenance schedule attached and specified including renewal / replacement of parts, fittings / fixtures filling of refrigerant gas etc required for smooth functioning of the plant as per manufacturers instructions. (b) The Contractor shall Employ Refrigeration mechanichaving minimum ITI qualification from Govt Recognised institute with adequate knowledge & minimum 2 years experience in maint/operation of AC plants. The operator must competent to carry out the minor maint all as directed. (TOTAL number of operators required per day are 03 nos.)

(c) Contractor shall pay the wages to the employees through e-payment i.e Adhaar linked bank accounts (credit to their bank account). Engineer-in-charge shall ensure that e-payment made to employees and their wages shall not be less than minimum wages fixed by state Govt or Central Govt whichever is more. Monthly e-banking statement shall be furnished by the contractor to the Engr-in-charge and the same shall be kept in record duly verified.

(e) The contractor shall maintain all the registers under various labour law rules, 2017 and shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge as well as officers detailed by central labour department. (f) Each shift duration shall be 8 hours & duty timing will be decided by Engr-in-Charge.

(g) The unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included for cost of labour for daily routine maintenance for trouble free functioning of installation. (h) In case of any abnormal noise/ complaint the plant should be put off and same should be brought to the notice of Engr-in-charge. (j) The operator employed by the contractor shall be capable of carrying out minor repair/ maintenance & should have well experience in AC plants as applicable.

(r) The contractor shall provide board at proper location near each installations duly writting the name of operators and Mobile Numbers shiftwise. (s) In case of non function of AC Plant panel recovery @ 3000 per day shall be effected 24 hrs after the defect is noticed or notified (t) Any defect in to a motor , Pumps, compressure ,Control Panel ,AHU, Refrigarent Gas , Cooling Tower shall be considered as outstanding defect & Panel charge will be applicable as above in Note (r )
