Overhauling of LT motors Charges for metal filling, machining and repairing of worn out shafts / bearing seating surfaces of one side, checking of bearing housings, providing sleeves in the end cover of one side.

Charges for Replacement of failed LT motors ranges from 0.75KW to 5KW Charges for disconnecting the power cable,releasing the motor from its bed, lifting, lowering and transporting the motor to a convenient location, removing of coupling pulley,refixing of coupling pulley after over hauling, transporting the motor to its location, lifting, lowering the motor and placing in motor bed and erection of motor, reconnecting the powercable and including coupling, alignment and coupling the motor (for 0.75KW to 5KW) (Quarterly once)

Charges for Replacement of failed LT motors ranges from 5KW to 15KW Charges for disconnecting the power cable,releasing the motor from its bed, lifting, lowering and transporting the motor to a convenient location, removing of coupling pulley,refixing of coupling pulley after over hauling, transporting the motor to its location, lifting, lowering the motor and placing in motor bed and erection of motor, reconnecting the powercable and including coupling, alignment and coupling the motor (for 5KW to 15KW) (Quarterly once)

EOT 25 Ton crane and 50/10 Ton crane and 15 Ton Gantry crane Routine Cleaning of 25Ton and 50/10 Ton EOT Crane and 15 Ton Gandry crane External cleaning of the following equipment by service Air in both cranes. 1.Crane Base 2.Cross Travel rail paths. 3.Long travel rail paths & platform to a total distance of 370 meters at both end. 4.Cleaning the cable ducts and cables. (Monthly twice / thrice)

EOT 25 Ton crane and 50/10 Ton crane and 15 Ton Gandry crane Routine Maintenance of Change over Switches, Main Isolator Switches, complete cleaning the control panel contactors and relays and applying lubricants and tightness checking the cable terminals., checking the Resistance Boxes, and LT Motors in EOT crane. (Monthly twice / thrice)

EOT 25 Ton crane and 50/10 Ton crane Main bus bar cleaning and checking of hylam washer and changing if necessary and checking of welding joint and tightness checking of fixing bold of bus bar by moving the crane manually for above 20 mtr.by using the hand lever, Finally checking the alighnment of bus bar by moving the two cranes again manually. (77092.40/244mtr=315.95) (315.95/110 mtrs=34754.50) (Monthly twice / thrice)

EOT 25 Ton crane and 50/10 Ton crane and 15 Ton Gantry crane Charges for rectification of MH/ AH EM brake/Creep brake assembly by checking the healthiness of brake assembly, brake coil winding, brake system wiring, renewal of defective brake coil and checking brakes operation in EOT Crane.(Weekly once)

3 Ton EOT and 2 Ton Hoist Routine Maintenance of Change over Switches, Main Isolator Switches, complete cleaning the control panel contactors and relays and applying lubricants and tightness checking the cable terminals., checking the Resistance Boxes, and LT Motors in EOT crane. (Monthly once)
