REPAIR/MAINT TO SWT, UG SUMPS, PQC FLOORING, AND CERTAIN MISC REPAIR WORKS IN TECH AREA AT AF STN GWALIOR

Dewatering of static watering tank, underground/semi underground tank by using machenical pump 7.5 HP for necessary cleaning and repairing works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of damaged RCC Chajja, fascia, fins, roof projection, ceiling and balcony railing etc at any height by rendering 15 to 25mm thick in one or two layers as per site requirement in CM 1:3 incl hacking out old broken/damaged concrete portion, cleaning of old reinforcement etc and applying neat cemtnt slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Rate for all scaffolding required for repairing work shall be deemed included in this rate)

M & L for crack cutting & removing the concrete in side the crack line properly & maintain the groove size(50mmx25mm) of the bldg at any height and then all crack properly filling with micro concrete Renderoc RG (FOSROC) and all as specified and directed.

M & L Injecting Conbextra EP10 (FOSROC) through the prefixed nozzles under pressure using grout pump to fill all possible pores and gaps left within the concrete mass of the bldgs of any height and when the flow of grout stops, or when the grout flows out of the adjacent nozzle, pumping is stopped and the nozzle is tied up and allowed to set for 24 hours. The PVC nozzles shall be sealed off with a quick-setting waterproofing agent like Renderoc Plug. Grouting operation is carried out through the next nozzle till the entire area is covered.The grouting holes shall be finished by removing the nozzles and finishing flush with the surface.

Supply only liquid water proofing chemical complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.40mm dia GI netting (20mm mesh size) over/around exposed reinforcement of SWT walls, wall cracks etc and securing with screws, washers/ nails complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs or coping, mud stops, floor, hard standing etc rounded or chamfered on edges, slightly rounded chamfered angles and throating incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Plinth protection and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall surface (any number of layers) and applying three coats of white wash including prepration complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves,with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.
