Repairs to control panel by way of Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of Fully automatic Star-Delta Starter of Model MU-G 30 by replacement of damaged starter. The starter shall be sheet enclosure type suitable for operating on 3-phase, 415 V, 50 Hz AC power Supply. The starter shall be able to provide single phase, phase reversal, phase imbalance and over load protections to the motor and shall conform to IS 13947. The starter shall also consist of On/Off, voltage and current indications. The starter shall also be provided with following accessories:- i) Main Contactor Assy. ii) Delta Contactor Assy. iii) Thermal Overload relay. iv) Timer assembly. v) Auxiliary Fuse Units of suitable amperage range. vi) Relay range-30-50A. vii) Make:-L&T The job includes technical manpower to be arranged by the firm for fitting the starter and testing the same of full load.
Repairs to control panel by way of Providing, Fitting, Testing and Commissioning of circuit breaker (MCCB) conforms to IS/IEC 60947-2, IEC 60947-2 on the main control panel as the safety equipment by replacement of damaged one . Qty. = 1 No’s Make = L & T Model/Version = Dsine series High DN2 –250D No. of poles = 4 Rated Current = as per requirement Rated operational voltage = 415 V + 15 % Rated frequency = 50 +/- 3 % Hz Ambient temperature = 40C˚ Ultimate S.C Breaking Cap. at (415, ac, 50 Hz) = 36 KA Type of release = Thermal Magnetic Thermal Magnetic Range =200-250A Current rating = as per requirement Overload protection = 0.8 – 1 in adjustable Short-circuit protection = 6-10 in adjustable The job includes providing and fitting of Copper Thimbles on both input and output supply of assorted size to completely fit the MCCB bolts. Note:-The cable terminal ends for connection to circuit breaker shall be fitted with Cu thimble of Dowel’s/havells make of appropriate size and shall be fixed by hydraulic crimp tool only and shall be tested on full load.All the technical manpower involved in the execution of the job for replacement of the damaged one shall be arranged by the firm.
