Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.) Anodized aluminum (Anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board (conforming to IS: 12823 Grade-I type-II) in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-incharge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineerin- charge. (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) With float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg / sqm)

Providing and fixing aluminum tubular handle bar 32mm outer dia, 3.0mm thick & 2100mm long with SS screw etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Powder coated minimum thickness 50 micron aluminum tabular handle bar

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot &double action hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing of curtains along with curtain rod and curtains to an area of width 11ft x height 7ft and complete set of high quality and same be aproved by Engineer-In-charge (LMR)

Providing and supplying almirah of high quality for record maintaining of capcity 6' x 4' or higher than this on LMR

Providing and supplying office table with high quality and same be approved by Site Engineer-in-charge

Providing and supplying rotating chair and 4 other side chair for office cabin of very good quality and same be approved by Site Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing wall to wall flooring carpeting of very good quality with thermocol fitted all compete job
