Demolition of cement concrete (unrenforcemed) in ground floors of any thickess in thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed. Note : All the demolished material will be disposed off outside the MOD land

M&L 100 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and no pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 20mm thick screedbed in CM 1:6.

M&L Machine pressed rubber moulded ISI marked precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size and of colour 50% red coloured tiles and 50% grey/ yellow coloured tiles (as directed by Engr -in-Charge) confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade and incl filling of interstices with fine sand over incl 25mm thick layer of sand cusion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8(40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Sand filling 25mm thick under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast rubber moulded cement concrete blocks set in CM 1 : 4, type B-1, 1 : 2 : 4 (20 mm graded agg) for kerb stone , weathering, throting etc and setting; in cement mortar complete with joints to match including two coat of painting with syenthic enamel paint over a coat of primer and preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed. (Size of kerb stone approved by GE).

Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in cills, benching and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work.

M&L for preparation of old concretel painted surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : All the demolished material will be disposed off outside the MOD land

M & L brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from walls, any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys,scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster complete all as specified.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and fair without fair extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Pidilite/Sika

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.
