Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning HT panel -11 KV, 800A , 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 3 wire totally enclosed, prewired, extensible type, indoor type, floor mounted, Horizantal isolation type vaccum circuit breaker (VCB) 800 Amp rating having rupturing capacity 350 MVA ( MAx 25 KA) , Total 2 Nos Incomer feeder + 2 Nos transformer feeders suitable to couple (through Bus connection) with existing switchgear at site .The breaker of the new switchgear should be interchangeable with the existing breaker at S/S. Make - Schneider ( HWX) or equivalent model in /ABB/Siemens. Notes: (i) The breaker of the new switchgear should be interchangeable with the existing breaker at S/S (ii) The new switchgear, HT panel comprising of VCB to be manufactred by OEM and not from their feeder supplier/vender and cntractor to be arrange for Factory Acceptance Test as per IS at OEM factory in presence of rep nominated by Accepting Officer before dispatch from OEM,s factory. The system integrated panels are not acceptable. (iii) The make of the vacuum interrupter should be same as make of VCB. (iv) The PT mounted on separate trolley behind the breaker trolley is not acceptable. The accessibility of PT behind the breaker trolley is difficult for operator. Vendor to quote new design of switchgear where this type of arrangement is not applicable. (v) The design should have top and bottom separate arms. The breaker having single arm design with vacuum bottle in horizontal position shall not be acceptable. Vendor to quote new design of switchgear where this type of arrangement is not applicable. Location: Deltic S/Station. The breaker VCB and busher and connected items shall be moisture proof vermin proof all as per latest IP type and Manufacturer instruction Manual. Supply installation, testing and commissioning of FAST ELECTRODE maintenance free Chemical Earthing of Dual Pipe Technology, each of 3 Meter long with Outer Pipe Diameter of 88mm (galvanised for 80-120 micron and wall thickness 1.80mm) and Inner Pipe diameter 48mm (galvanised for 80-120 micron and wall thickness 2.60mm). There shall be terminal of size 75 x 5.20mm for connection with two holes of 14mm diameter. FAST ELECTRODE shall be duly filled with the highly conductive, Non Magnetic, Non Corrosive material and duly sealed at both ends with lead terminal of 75x5.2mm at top. The ELECTRODE shall be of 'make' having approval of CPRI (Central Power Research Institute), Govt of India for a minimum short circuit current of 42 KArms for 1 Second with initial pick of 88.2 KA. The FAST ELECTRODE Earth Enhancing Compound (minimum 25Kg) shall be pored on alround the electrode. The chemical compound to be used shall be as per the manufacturer's instructions of 'Electrode' and as also certified by any BIB (Bureau of Indian Standards) accredited laboratory.Electrode connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6mm by mean of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of stainless steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit and CI cover etc GI protection pipe of suitable size including testing on completion all as specified and directed. The mild steel surfaces of base frame shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The base frame shall be rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and altenator close coupled with cross members mounted on Anti Vibration Pads. (I) Fuel Tank:- Fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet and shall be part of base frame. It shall be duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connections, filling cap, drain valve, air vent with calibrated scale all as per the manufacturer's instructions.
(J) NOISE SUPPERSSOR (SILENCER):- Residential Silencer shall be provided to suppress exhaust noise from the engine. (K) EMERGENCY PUSH STOP BUTTON:- The canopy shall be provided with emergency push button, external to the canopy. (L) PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS:- (i) The average sound level, when measured in green field condition (ISO 3744 OR 8528 PT 10) at 1 meter distance from all four sides shall be less than 75-dBA averages or as per CPCB II norms. (ii) The average stabilized hot air temperature rise with in the canopy is maintained withing 10 digree C over and above ambient temperature. (M) Any other components / parts / accessories as per manufacturer's instractions and as directed by the GE required for the entire completion of the item. (ii) The drgs and specifictions of the DG set and its components shall be got approved by the contractor from the GE before procurement. (iii) The DG set shall be got inspected and tested in the factory by the rep nominated by the GE before delivery from the factory. The records of the testing shall be signed by the rep of Accepting Officer , Contractor and rep of manufacturer. (iv) The DG set after installation shall also be got tested at site by the rep nominated by the Accepting Officer and the records of the testing shall be signed by the testing officer (rep of the Accepting Officer), GE, Engr-in-Charge and the Contractor. (v) All the arrangements, necessary FOL and testing equipments etc, for testing as per note (iii) & (iv) above shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the contractor's qoted rates. (vi) The DG set shall be installed all as per manufacturer instructions manual subject to final approval of GE. Cost for provision of PCC foundation, platform, other civil works, excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, grouting bolts etc as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by the GE shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of above item. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC / Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables. All extension links /interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves. 'A' detachable predrilled gland plateof thickness not less than 3 mm thick powder coated shall be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands.The above panel shall be front openable, lockable /openable by key from both sides. The panel shall be installed on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) platform of suitable size and hight with requisite size nuts, bolls, washers etc all as diercted by the GE. The extension links shall be supported on DMC / Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables. All extension links /interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves. 'A' detachable predrilled gland plateof thickness not less than 3 mm thick powder coated shall be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands.The above panel shall be front openable, lockable /openable by key from both sides. The panel shall be installed on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) platform of suitable size and hight with requisite size nuts, bolls, washers etc all as diercted by the GE. The feeded piller box shall also be consisting of the following:- a) Copper tinned bus bar of 300 Amp for 3 phase and Neutral : 01 Set b) Incoming : 1 No MCCB 4 pole 250 Amp with breaking capacity 36 KA adjustable type with extended terminals make: Legrand/Schneider
c) OUTGOINGS:- i) MCCB, 4 Pole, 200 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA adjustable type with extended terminals - 02 No ii) MCCB, 4 Pole, 125 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA adjustable type with extended terminals - 01 No iii) MCCB, 4 Pole, 63 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA adjustable type with extended terminals - 02 No iv) MCCB, 4 Pole, 32 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA adjustable type with extended terminals - 02 No v) MCCB, 4 Pole, 40 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA adjustable type with extended terminals - 01 No d) Multifunctional Meter LED Type showing Amps, Volts, Frequency etc with and including suitable size CT on outgoing - 01 No. e) RYB Indicators - 1 Set f) Internal Control wiring with suitable cables multi stranded PVC Insulated Copper Conductor. Note :- The layout drawing of the panel, its fittings/components and the specifications shall be got approved by the contractor from the GE before panel fabrication and shall be of make mentioned in Appendix 'A' or any other manufacturer having CPRI approved certificate.
