Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC and to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement in patches complete all as specified and directed ( WPC compound shall be measured and paid separetely)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of chalk whitining complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement conc. (Unreinforced) in ground floor n exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles 7-8 mm thick area of each tile exceedeing 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm (600x600), as in vertical surfaces such as skirting / dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to over and including 10 mm thick backing in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles7-8 mm thick area of each tile exceedeing 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm (600x600), in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
