Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc. 1.5 Sq. M but not exc. 4.0 Sq M each, complete all as directed.

Supply and Fix, factory made wire gauzed PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded both Side Prelam PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and Prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

(b)Laying evenly 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) using Dr Fixit LW+ (200 ml in one bag of cement) including forming construction joints followed by curing (c) Using Solar reflective paint (Premixed), dilute the Solution with water as per manufacturer,s instruction and Apply First Coat and second coat after 4 hours or as directed with roller/spray as per manufacturers instructions with and including primer as per manufcaturer instruction Make Sika/Fosroc/Dr Fixit/Star Shield Technologies Pvt. Ltd. .Note :(i)Work shall be carried out through Authorised applicator of maufacturers and same shall be got approved by GE before commencement of work.(ii)The period of guarantee for the treatment shall be 7 years from the certified Date of completion. The Contractor shall be responsible for effectiveness of the Solar reflective paint during this period and any deficiency noticed therein during this period shall be made good by him at his own cost. The Contractor shall furnish guarantee in favour of the Garrison Engineer for the efficacy of the Solar reflective paint during the guarantee period(iii)An amount of security deposit equal to the individual security deposit calculated based on the amount of treatment at BOQ rates for treatment carried out shall be retained from the contractor’s final bill as security deposit for the treatment which shall be released to the contractor only after expiry of guarantee period. The contractor may alternatively furnish a fixed deposit receipt in favour of GE in lieu of sum to be retained as security deposit for water proofing treatment from any approved Schedule Bank
