Supply and fixing in replacement of drawer of size 520x420x300mm with new drawer made of 1mm thick M S sheet including 02 Nos Telescopic channel to each drawer duly spray painted with synthetic enamel Grey paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer.

Supply and fixing in replacement of lock brass 4 lever of approved best quality with duplicate key all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make of Lock:- Godrej/Harrison/Link)

Table bed side MAP(FD/E6/MAR/15(R)

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable top of table bed side with new top of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board exteriror grade including PVC beading alround all as shown on drg. ( Make of pre-laminated particle board:- ECO Board)

All as per Srl. Item No. 2.01 here-in-before but as in sides of table bed side.

Supply and fix in replacement of CP handle 75mm long of table bed side with steel screw all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for painting to frame of table bed side with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint including preparation of old steel surface with rubbing with emery paper and providing 04 Nos PVC Shoes at bottom of frame of legs of table bed side all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair Writing/Visitor Steel (TP)

Supply and fixing in replacement of seat of chair Writing/Visitor made of 75mm thick cushioned 32 density covered with new tapestory cloth and rubber bedding complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 3.01 here-in-before but back of chair Writing/Visitor.

Supply and fixing in replacement of arms of chair Writing/Visitor all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of broken steel frame complete of chair Writing/Visitor all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for black painting to frame of Chair Writing/Visitorl with synthetic enamel paint of black colour and providing 04 nos rubber shoes to legs all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair Revolving short/medium back (TP)

Supply and fixing in replacement of seat of chair revolving short/medium back made of 75mm thick cushioned 32 density covered with new tapestory cloth and hard PVC bedding complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Tapestory cloth shall not be less than Rs 250/- per RM)

All as per Srl item No. 4.01 here-in-before but back of chair revolving short/medium back.

Supply and fixing in replacement of hydraulic system of chair revolving short/medium back complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of arms of chair revolving short/medium back all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement mild steel chromium plated socket for fixing 19mm dia conduit pipe hanging rod, all as specified and shown on drg.

Supply and fixing in replacement of mild steel chromium plated handles 100mm long 'C' type and shown on drg.

Supply and fixing in replacement of hanging rod 19mm dia 1.0mm wall thickness conduit pipe of SS of length 380mm approx all as specified and shown on drg.

Supply and fixing in replacement of door shutter of locker bed side steel made of 1mm thick M.S sheet of bend to shape shape as per drg complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of legs of locker bed side steel made of 1mm thick M.S sheet of bend to shape as per drg complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 75mm long MS hinges to door shutter of locker bed side steel including revetting all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair CB Steel with arm/without arm (FD-75(M))

Removing the broken seat and replacing it with new seat woven with 2mm wide plastic cane of primier /shah/Maharastra Polycane Industries brand as per Godrej pattern to be fixed with 04 Nos machine nuts and bolts of size 85x4 mm with washer to Chair CB Steel with arm/ without arm, frame of seat shall be made of best quality 2nd class seasoned hard wood ,free from knots and infection all as specified and shown on drg and shall be painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wood primier. (FD-75(M).

All as per Srl item No. 7.01 here-in-before but back of Chair CB Steel with arm/without arm.(FD-75(M).

Supply and fixing in replacement of chair CB Steel with arms of seat made of 12mm thick plywood MR Gde with new cushion 32 density 50mm thick duly covered leatherite rexine as per existing shape and size all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make of U Foam:- Kurl-on/Sleep Well/ Cor-Foam). (FD-75(M).

Supply and fixing in replacement of flat iron cleat made of 50x25x3mm under the seat of chair CB steel with/without arm with electric welding all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of arm to chair CB steel with arms of best quality 2nd class hard wood, free from knots, infection with 02 Nos steel screw as per drg duly painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer and as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. (FD-75(M).

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable portions of frame of Chair CB Steel with arms/without arms with 25mm round conduit pipe of wall thickness 1.6mm duly electric welding complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (FD-75(M).

Almirah large/medium steel (FD-1031 and FD-1032)

Supply and fixing in replacement of legs of almirah large/medium steel with new legs made of 1mm thick M S sheet duly spray painted with synthetic enamel Olive Green paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer.

All as per item No 8.01 here-in-before but lock brass 4 lever of approved best quality with duplicate key for almirah Large/medium steel all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make of Lock:- Godrej/Harrison/Link)

All as per item No 8.01 here-in-before but handle mild steel CP 100mm long S Type as per sample kept in Furniture yard for almirah large/medium steel all as directed and shown on drg.

Supply and fixing in replacement of shelf of almirah large/medium steel, made of M.S sheet 1mm thick bend to shape and size as shown on drg.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable locking device with new locking device and cover of device as per existing for almirah medium steel including re-fixing of disconnect shelf with stay hook/revetting all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (FD-1032).

Supply and fixing in replacement of door shutter of almirah medium steel, made of M.S sheet 1mm thick bend to shape and size as shown on drg.

Supply and fixing in replacement of door shutter of book case steel made of 1mm thick M.S Sheet and complete all as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (FD-1028)

Supply and fixing in replacement of legs and stiffeners of table 900 x 600 x 760mm with/without drawers steel with new leg made of 25mm square conduit pipe 1.6mm wall thickness duly electric welding complete size and shape all as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing new H type stiffener for jointing legs of 25mm square conduit pipe of 1.6mm wall thickness shall be welded to support the legs of the table at appropirate height as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
